WOW - My official I hate you MPQ rant starts here!!

They go and nerf the hell out of spidey.
They go and give us a full roster (or just about) in simulator.
They BUFF OBW!! Really? Like she needed a Buff?

Anyhow, against everything I bleieve in, I just threw a bunch of ISO at her... I have kicked her up to level 60. I should have her to 85 in a day or two... MPQ made me do it...

Tonzil, I'd be REALLY careful using OBW in this. Your scaling has been bad enough as is; throwing a healer into the mix is liable to make things worse. Mine is maxed, and I don't plan on using her for a single match in this.

I definitely need all the Black Panther covers I can get, he's one of my least built characters so I'll be putting full effort towards Simulator.

I have no need for Patch covers and I really don't expect to hit 1100 points for the Sentry cover so I'll probably end up in the 700-800 range for that PvP

Ummm... I am so afraid right now! Any chance I have been sandboxed?? Or something similar? I started the "Hard" mode of Simulator about 4 hours ago.

I reached 5000 and claimed my Heroic Token 10 pack today for Season 2. Let's see what the Easter Bunny left in the basket for me.

Two 3* and one 4* is a lot better than my last 10 pack. Unfortunately the one color I didn't need for Hulk was Green.

You're not sandboxed. If you were, you would have been removed from the alliance and you are still there.

Second - starfall. Patch covers. Interesting. Who needs/wants these? Individual basis aside. As for Sunburst or Starshine or whatever Sentry PvP is called (Starpop?). I'm only need the yellow Patch cover so if the alliance could do the work for me then I can just sit pack and enjoy some sunshine and other games

My Patch is right now 5/5/3...I should probably respec him 3/5/5...or 4/4/5...
But like one of my teamate said (waku), all built are good with Patch

At about 8 minutes left in Fresh Cut, Tonzil gave the order (to whoever is out there listening) to hit something, anything! We stole 98th place in the alliance. Woo! Tight finish again... These kind of endings are exciting, but I hope we can give ourselves some more breathing room. I know there was some server lag point inflation, but let's make sure everyone can pitch in a little more if you the capacity. Otherwise, stare! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Got three covers for CMag
And unless we have these servers issues constantly, you can expect 200-300 less points from me.

Patch! Ours will be 5/3/5. We're not used to playing with him yet, tho. Those enemy attack tiles are treacherous.

Yesterday, we were fighting this guy who had full Patch, C. Mags and Psylocke in PVP. Our team was OBW, Hulk. and of course Betts. Both teams were practically intact when Patch placed his strike tiles. They switched on Hulk's Anger. This killed C. Mags instantaneously. Another move, more Anger, Patch was gone. Two more moves, Psylocke game over. Wow!

What we learnt from this was: don't use green if the other team has some attack in store. We're going to be very careful when using him, and he probably won't ever be a fav char.

Tonzil, your 1-person bracket should be normal by now, right? When we joined yesterday we were 1 of 1 too, but later on more people were added.

I have 5/4/4 (from memory) because that's the covers I received. Red is very powerful under the right circumstances, but I find I don't use it much. It's a tad too expensive, and there are lots of really good red abilities.

Maxed Patch today as a gift to myself before my forced break. Patch. You guys & gals keep up the good work this week!

I'm sorry Jay, I feel like I'm the reason you didn't get top 10. Hope you didn't need that last Mags cover. I finished top 5, maybe even 3rd. Weird server issues caused two nobodies to show up out of nowhere with 1300+ points. Wish I hadn't spent so much on shields (225HP).

I promise not to hit anymore Scarfighters in PvP (unless you are worth 40+ points of course). Maybe I'll ask first to give you a chance to shield.

In other good news I got my first IW from a Heroic resupply token - Stoked!!!

Just entered StarBurst PvP. Very late entry even for me. Trying to avoid OWB but healing in story mode gets really tedious even though I've mastered it at this point.

Somehow I'm 10K off the leader in PvE even though I think I've been grinding it pretty hard. EDIT: I'm 15K off the leader.

Kidding... This is a tough PVP for us... we are definitely missing your contributions and your scores. I hope you're not overly attached to the idea of a yellow Patch cover. Er, I mean, positive STARE thinking!!! I'll push a little further, but there's a lot of attacks out there.

EDIT: The team pulled it off. Top 100. Nice.

355 is most balanced/safe. Green is usable without having to think about it too much, red is a monster, always heals

535 you basically make patch a one trick pony, use this if you want to heal and are never going to use red (spoiler, the red is VERY good)

553 honey badger don't give a damn. All offense, red bomb, green bomb, rawr! Kill then before they can kill you, then Health pack

Problem with 4 in any of patches builds is that the 5s are much better. You're basically neutering him cause you're scurred, don't be scurred.

It feels like you never use red until you start fighting high hp characters, then 14 red happens much more. If you choose the right positioning and teammates, red at 5 is auto death for the overwhelming majority of characters hitting at 5 or 6k+ Even if there are no strike tiles on the board

So it boils down to do you want crazy strong strike tiles that accidentally kill you every now and then 5 green. Do you want to destroy a character in one move 5 red. Do you want to laugh at match damage, 5 yellow

Sure 4 somewhere is a compromise but 3 to 4 is about a 33% increase in damage output where as 3 to 5 is a 100% increase. Choose wisely!

Geez, I better be. I played maybe 30 minutes of Starfall matches, if that. I fully expect it's also the case of my Simulator score. It is, right?

I wasn't really aching for Patch covers of any colour, so this a a selfless "Good job everyone! Glad you made it!"

I'm having MPQ withdrawal shakes… (or maybe it's the extra coffee to try to stay awake during meetings despite the jet lag).
