Sup guys, I woke up and I'm still in the alliance so I guess it's story time.

I started playing right around the time MPQ was released on Steam and have been playing it more or less casually until last two months or so. Currently on Day 137 (4 more days for 25 HP!).

Took me a while to join an alliance so I was living off standard tokens and 500 points HP, but with the changes to rewards and start of Season 1, joining an alliance was a no-brainer. Considering I've been using the forum now it makes sense to go to a forum alliance for the social aspect of it.

Game goals would be getting shiny stuff when I can. As for the alliance, goal would be helping everyone get shiny stuff when we can.

As for PvE and PvP, my opinions keep changing because they keep changing.
In PvE I was riding the coattails of my low level roster and boosted characters, but now scaling is starting to creep up on me, so I can see PvE sucking hard soon.
In PvP I'm able to get more points recently, but with the gentle nudge grouping veterans in the same brackets, points went up across the board so PvP kinda sucks a bit too.

I live in Brazil so timezone is GMT -3. That means events end either 1 PM or 1 AM here. I'm a Steam player and I work during the mornings so 1PM events suck. 1 AM events are way better for me, but those are the ones that suck for europeans so I guess they can't please everyone.

Lastly, my name came from the complete lack of name ideas and just wanting to register already.

I am a new member of CBS as well. I think less than 2 weeks now. I can't remember. It feels like I have always been here. Like coming home. Hopefully you find the our group as great as I do.

I started playing MPQ when I looked over and said to my friend why are you playing comic book candy crush. He proceeded to tell me how if I ever played it I would get addicted, and I guess that's what lead me here.

My game goals mostly are just to get a better roster than my friends and rub it in there face, We have always been a very competitive group of people. We go to Gp's for magic the gathering and travel around for other tournaments, so having something to do in the car rides or just in our downtime, or simply something to do at work is great.

I work straight midnight's during the week and that is where I get most of my playtime done, Not much to do when working at a Truckstop all night.

Also a few of you have found out I'm actually from Ontario Canada, I love the reaction I get when somebody finds out I'm not actually american. That pretty much explains my username. lol

I'm usually very busy on the weekends but I try my best to get in time to do tournaments! I hope to see you all around !

(PS PvE scaling is wack yo.)

I'm so hyped for World Cup that I bought the FIFA World Cup game on PS3 today.

The Hells Kitchen event is still going well for us. 3rd when I joined today, then I grinded some nodes and we're back in first

Is the World Cup game good? It always felt like a **** version of that year's FIFA to me.

What level? It would just be sad if you already have a better OBW than I do (L53 I believe). I mean, just a week ago my best character was a 128 Punisher and your main damage dealer was IM35, it would just hilarious for you to have a better OBW

Hey! how is everyone doing?
My time away from the game is doing wonders with my sleeping patterns. No more staying awake until 1am (or more if i stayed in the chat or waited for the rewards!) waiting for an event to end and having to wake up at 6:30 to go to work.

How is the alliance doing in season 2?
Is the Sentry worth a shot in the pve?

I don't actually care about club football AT ALL. All my friends get FIFA every year and I never have, but the world cup gets me super hyped so I decided to get it.

I don't know all the functions available in the regular version, but one new function that I like is two "radio" channels with recorded world cup talk which I am really liking right now. Maybe it'll start repeating very quickly but so far it's good. One channel is serious football talk and the other is more lighthearted with jokes. Just a minute ago they were discussing penalty shootouts and one guy suggested teams get judged by how well they sing the national anthem and if the game goes past overtime the singing scores should decide.

Game play wise it's the same as FIFA14. In the game breaks you get close-ups of the crowd or the team managers which is different from the regular game. I suspect they've made the effort of recording commentators for every players name which they can't possibly do in the regular game.

The menus and game intros are made to suit the world cup more. Everything has a very nice Brazil vibe to it.

The music is also different and has a lot of Brazilian/Portugese songs (same language so hard to know for sure) which have more of a summer feeling.

The main difference is just a World Cup Themed interface for all the menus. And the commentary is very world cup specific. So far I played through with Belgium and finished 3rd (lost to Uruguay in Semi and beat Ecuador in 3rd place match) and all the commentary was very good and there was lots of extra discussion about whether or not Belgium lacks the routine to go far in the tournament and how a lot of the players have proved themselves in the Premier League etc.

I like it.

Sentry seems very different for sure. And this PvE chapter is quite good in my opinion. Story is so so, but my scaling is under control and rubberbanding isn't very noticable which I like because you don't drop 200 positions overnight.

Thank you purinxa and fedlex for stopping by. The rest has done WONDERS for your appearance. Hope the other side is as glorious as it sounds. I'm trying to take it easier myself, but Kamu won't let me. Of all people, I never suspected she'd be the one to run the cattle drive. Your replacements both tricked me. Neither of them are from the States. Especially SamInTheUSA.

I think the fact he needs to state he's in the USA means he's not from the USA. Like "American werewolf in London" or "Babe Pig in the city" where the Werewolf is not from London and Babe the pig is not from the city.
