Have Totallynotconsortingwithdemons, Rag, Patch, Fishnets as backups all between 80-90. I have at least one cover for all characters besides the recent Gold Character additions.

I had been in an alliance with some friends but they have all since quit the game so I'd like to be in a casual but active alliance to be able to take advantage or the new alliance rewards system.

I have also been on the forum since very early though I don't post a ton I do check it out just about every day (weekdays) to keep up with updates and just what is going on in general.

Anyway, I appreciate the potential offer and hope it works out

Hi! I just read your post! I was going through our alliance and noticed you havent claimed the lazycap cover, thinking you were an old member that went inactive, sorry. Welcome to the allaince!

hi guys how r ur standings after day one on red iso. i just hit first place in my bracket with 7.5k and 2nd guy is S.H.I.E.L.D member so its going to be a lot of fun. we r currently 16th as an alliance with 96k points and we r looking pretty darn good

For the ISO event, I am glad we are staying competitive.

How did you get to 7,5K? I grinded every node down to 1 and managed 7163 points. Well ahead of everyone else before bed (midnight EST). The reset has been happening recently for me... So my nodes are finally starting to be worth something again. Waiting for the others to catch up / pass me so I can use some rubberbanding and not need to grind them all down again.

So... Who needs Hulk (Black). We are currently in 33rd overall (alliance) with just about 3 hours to go.

This round has been rough and competitive. I have a feeling it is going to get down to the wire.

I think pouring over the forums is a great start to try to figure out the "meta" game. Not every suggestion works for me though. Tanking doesn't seem to be working for me cause it takes time to make a drive in a lightning round and then throw up my tanking team (lvl 10 BagMan and Moonstone). Time better spent grinding in some PVE! Also, I don't need to "intentionally" lose PVE matches - sometimes the AI takes care of that for me.

I think managing the refreshes on PVEs like Kamuuu mentioned really works for me since it lets me maximize my points in the limited amount of time I have to play (i.e. efficiency!).

In PVP, my strategy is to make a small start (100 or 200 points) at the beginning, and then make a final push in the last couple of hours. But more importantly, I skip until I can find some high value targets. Some folks say no less than 20 points. I'll pay the skip tax until I can find opponents worth 30 points or more! (I need discipline to resist those 29 point targets). My thinking is that I'm going to be worth little for their retaliation (if they retaliate at all!). And if they DO retaliate, I'm only gonna lose 5 or 6 points and I get to hit them again for 30+ points.

Heh, I play too much too . I don't understand the tanking enough to make it usable so I haven't tried either. I've tried paying the skip tax but then it seems like I spend all my time skipping instead of playing.

Woha, that's a crazy tough bracket. 618 had me in 4th in my bracket just around the time you posted that screenshot.

The #1 in my bracket has only 900 so Tonzil is REPRESENTIN'!
Plus, I have a celebrity in my bracket (a certain Mr. Jozier). I have a little time to push before heading back to the Red Iso event.

My bracket went hard and far... Went down to the wire. I was lucky to unshield and give a smack to both 2nd and 3rd place in my bracket before retaliations and knock them back down to where they were...

Awesome - our alliance is going to get quite a reputation out there!
I didn't hit 7.5K until this morning. Only 8K and now it refreshed. Still would like to get Human Torch 1/1/1 cause I'm so compulsive!

Nice job Tonzil! Great job everyone! I couldn't play the last hour (had to throw shields up around 540 for a top25 personal finish) though. Black Hulk covers for all!

My Hulk started at 5/2/4. Should I give him the 5th black? I LOVE passive abilities, but I HATE damaging my own team!

Hey, yeah, sorry I didn't do great in the last few PVE events as my interest in the game had been waning due to lack of an alliance and no way to get those rewards. I've played a good bit more last night and this morning, though, since joining you guys. My interest has been renewed!

So I don't have the Gold Thor or Cap, yet. Hopefully it won't be long before I remedy that. I am still not going to be a top scorer in the alliance or anything, I am firmly casual, but I will be playing consistently to hold up my end, I'm not interested in just leeching alliance rewards.

If you stick around through the "Best There Is" tournament, you'll be seeing a yellow 3-star Cap cover. I'm not saying it's a guarantee or nothing, but the record speaks for itself... More importantly, thanks for contributing and being part of our alliance!

Great job on the Black Hulk everyone! I wanted the Red cover really badly, but the tourney ended at 11 A.M. here and sleep is king. I pushed to 650 points and threw a shield up in third place, but it was only good enough for a top 25.
