For goon missions I use OBW for her ability to raise countdowns, MNMags to feed her blue and for the third spot I rotate through my hard hitters that use colours other than blue and purple (Thor, Ares, Punisher, Patch, BP), mostly according to my mood, their health status and any boosts or restrictions of a given node or event.

It works very well.

College? Too bad there's no classes in match-3.

Had to throw up the 24 hour shield for Wolvie tournament at 630. Used up too many health packs. Won't be playing during its end time tomorrow, so at least stay in top 25?

As for Red ISO... only 21K. Ichijuan, you're always one step (1K) ahead of me!

I noticed, we are all just about sitting in the 21 - 23K range for this Event. I don't mean just us (CareBearStare alliance) - I mean literrally everybody in every bracket. With only a few days left, I don't see how they are going to up the PPB (points per battle) enough to get people the 166+K Cap reward. I mean, they are still very far off...

The forums are all saying that the event will be determined by the final hours cause of a "no-ceiling" rubberbanding. I hoping that's not true cause that'd be deliberately wasteful for all the upfront hours spent.

I also hope that, and on the selfish side I hope it is not the case because if I counted right I will be at work in the final hours of the event. I'm also sitting in the pack in my bracket, going wildly from ~200 to top 10 every time I spend a bit of time playing matches in the event.

Carefully take out bullseye first, if you have spidey, then its a piece of cake, if not, storm all the way. Then, wait until you have enough ap to finish daken in a few turns or while stunned, cause his regeneration at lvl 230 its infuriating.

I use MNMag to power up storm and to clear CD and steal purple from bullseye while stunned.

Level 230? How did you get the scaling gods so mad at you? (I'm at level 208 so I'm getting close...)

I haven't gotten through it without a stunner and CD cleaner like C. Storm, or 2-star Cap (if he can survive the initial few turns). Even with Spidey, I'm surviving it about half the time. Maybe I should drop a ton of boosts or something.

She has priority on every color? Casue that puts her in harms way. No one to tank her blue or green?

I have the same problem where almost all the nodes are 230 * 3. The others are sitting in the 100+ levels.

I dont get it.

I know the game gods are peeved at me. My MMR must be through the roof and I have been trying to get it down. Going into every single tournament with high ranking everything just makes it hard on me (and my ISO stocks).

I have tried tanking my entire team nightly. and I am hoping that when the next refresh kicks in, I'll actually be able to get some nodes where the levels are more "reasonable".

I had previously seen all my "future fights" in the PVP tournament coming up with a 5 person rotating 241 - 141 - 141. Which basically meant throw up shields and wait it out. 830 and 1st in my bracket.

Since the last round of destructive tanking - wipe mywhole roster on purpose, I am getting a reasonable amount of rotating fights with 3 x 2* teams. You know the kind of fights you are not too afraid of getting yourself murdered in.

Still wondering how we are going to get 140K in 2 days for the tournament rewards... And te endless RB is just [synonym for poop here].

I agree with tonzil, how is it going to be last day only God knows. I am sitting on 24k and everyone is so close to each other in my bracket so i can only imagine what is going to happen. In Beast i have 927 paint and shielded till the end cuz 2nd has 180points less.

Well, this is awkward... this refresh is supposed to end at 1 am for me. The thing is i have a birthday party, starting at 22:30... Maybe i'll get home by 00:15 and grind away high value nodes only to keep my lead. Damn.

I'll make it up tomorrow.

Nope, will have to wait until september for that. Just an old friend who doesnt want to celebrate so his girlfriend is throwing a party for him. Growing up can be depressing for some people

Calling it an early night today after a very long work week. Shielded at 722 in Best there is, good for 2nd at the moment, should let me stay top 10.

Rapidly losing interest in the red-iso event. Without subs and with the progression rewards so spaced out after 15k, it's not very rewarding to play matches in the event. Hopefully we'll have new nodes in the morning and I'll find some motivation.
