The Anniversary daily deal was extremely good to me this morning. So I spend my 50HP and I get gold reward that gave me whaaaaa.... 2900HP! That was a profitable venture! Since D3 is being so generous with their gifts, I decided to return the favor and thorw $20 their way for more HP so I can get an Anniversary 10 pack. In that 10 pack I got 5 Golds.

Purple Devil Dinosaur.

Easily my best 10 pack ever. If you haven't been getting the daily anniversary deal token for 50HP, I highly recommend you get them each day. D3 is being very generous with these. And spending a little more HP to shield hop in the Anniversary events to get to that 3000 progression reward would be well worth it as well.

Hi Bears, Long time no see.

So I check in on MPQ every now and again and I couldn't resist this anniversary event. So I got an anniversary token up front that gave me me purple devil dino and sadly my first daily deal token got me a green Hulk. I was wondering if everyone gets that first Devil Dino for free???

I might put in some work during this event but I fear that I might be busy towards the end of it.

Think I might kick Johnny Zippo or whatever people call him these days.

I can confirm that he is not free because from my first token I got a 2* (I don't remember which one). I got my trex a few tokens later. But he has the highest chance to drop so... we are going to see a lot of him.

Also a heads up, my anniversary is this weekend so I will be not around from Friday through Monday. Will likely be a whole event I'll miss entirely in there.

Just hit 3000 Anniversary points at the end of Combined Arms, there, so I got my 10-pack:

2* Cap
3* DD (red)
3* DD (blue)
2* OBW
4* Dino (purple)
2* OBW
2* Cap
2* Ares
2* Cap
4* Dino (green)

I think that's pretty damn close to right on the odds. Can't complain about 2 Devil Dinos (though I would have preferred red)

Now I just need to keep up my score in Balance of Power to stay in top 25 for another 10-pack

Hi All,

So now with the new drop rates in tokens I decided to open up 5 special tokes, which only gave me C.Mags yellow.

Then I opened 52 standard tokens and the only 3* was a purple GSBW which I can use. One blue 2* Daken as well which I had none of.

I am considering dropping IM35 for a Juggernaut. Juggs seems much more useful for Balance of Power which comes around every now and then.

See you guys next year for the 2 year anniversary event

I'll check in from time to time, but other games take up my time these days.

Sorry for my rather poor performance on the Magnetic Mayhem. I had planned to hop to around 1000 but ended up being on a support call for work for 6 of the 13 hours I ended having to work. Definitely not the way I wanted to start season 6, nor end my weekend.

Should we maybe - for every event that offers older covers - take a pulse of how many people need the alliance prize? Some of us are finishing up our rosters, while others are just starting the 2*-3* transition, so it would be nice to know how much leeway we have. I'd be tempted to say DD could just create a poll at the top of the page and change it out every time there's a new tourney.

I'm good with whatever keeps up at least top 100 for that Season VII cover. There aren't many other 3* covers I need at this point so I'm mostly just trying to finish high for season ranking and extra ISO. You should be able to count on me to get at least 1000 each pvp (hopefully)

Yeah, there's that season reward too... Season 4, 5, and 6 with its underwhelming rewards made us forget...
With older rewards, if you want/need to drop back a bit, I think that's not unreasonable. I think we'd treat it like if you took a mini vacation or weekend off. It'd be important to try to stay top100 just for the sake of staying on track for the season prize, but I think there's still a few of us Bears who play for the thrill of the chase (I'm fairly covered). Top50 is nice for the extra rewards, plus bragging rights.

I understand that there's a couple of lower scorers too, and it can create upward pressure to score higher than we may wan to. We're doing what we can do address that. I don't know if we need a formal poll per event. If any Bear particularly is keen on an event prize, just drop a line in this thread (as Grimm has done so in the past) - if I know it's particularly interesting, I'll go 1100, 1200, 1300 and beyond.

I agree. A new poll for every event would create a lot of upkeep and probably wouldn't give us a good representation of who needs what as I'm guessing that only a handful of us would vote on a regular basis. I think letting people know on the forum if you plan on it in advance or in game chat if it's not planned should be enough. Plus it would help keep us on the first page.
