Hey all,

I took a few months off and I was just wondering what the general consensus on Ms. Marvel is. I don't have a lot of HP anymore and I'm not sure that I want to spend a roster slot on her.

I've also noticed in the past week or so that I don't seem to need the new characters for PVE as much. Is this true? I ended up ranking 93 in Unstable ISO after joining the event with 2 days left and I ended up with over 60k in points. It's been very easy and painless and no where near the daily slog it could be during the summer because each node is generally worth at least 1k.

That PVE strategy really shines when there are no subs.

I don't think it's going to end up as a core character for either PVP or PVE, but probably used when featured or essential. Will be needed for the Blade PVE so you might want that and she'll have a featured PVP... but you not need her afterwardds - but your roster is already headed down the 3star path so I don't it's a long-term character. Plus, when she enters the token rotation, she'll be much more available.

The alliance only ranked 55 in Category5 event... which was not bad considering a couple Bears were down and out... Okin107 and Nguy2... where were you???

Hello everyone.

I wanted first to apologize about my disappearance on the last event. Family stuff was present so I had no choice. Everything is fine, but unfortunately I will be taking a break from the game for an unknown amount of time. I have found the past two months that I have taken the game way too seriously and I am not comfortable with planning my day around certain events in a game. As much as I love MPQ, it is just not for me right now.

Being that I am not able to pay money for the game, it has created an increasing pressure to perform better and better (It is not from the alliance, it is just how I become when I want to improve). Between shields, end times, roster slots and new characters I am feeling kind of overwhelmed by just a game that is supposed to reduce my stress.

I would like to thank everyone in t his alliance that has helped me SO much to progress thus far. I would still be leveling 2* if it was not for you. My special thanks goes to DD. He is the best example of a leader with patience and understanding. I will be following these forums and posting regularly hoping that there will be changes that will be more EU friendly. Maybe I will join again when that new game mode and/or end time "fix" comes along to see how it plays out for me. Although I know that you will not hold your breath to whether I come back to the game or not and my spot will most probably be filled by someone else, I will make sure to PM you if I do and see if I can be a part of this awesome team once again.

Sorry once again for the last PVP, I think my 600 points would have put us in the T50. I didn't think of it long at that moment. Wish you all the best of luck. See you around.

PS: Do you want me to quit the alliance or will you kick me when you find someone? Whatever suits you better, let me know.

Hi all -

I was one of the non-factors in Cat5, sorry about that. I posted it in group chat, but the short story version is that my iPad got stolen on Saturday and the lack of a playable device killed me. I borrowed my wife's iPhone to try to play, but that didn't really go well.

That said, I'm going to try to power through until I get a new tablet but it probably won't be until the weekend. If I'm too much of a liability in the meantime, feel free to kick me or I can retreat to the cave. I'll contribute what I can, but do whatever is necessary for the good of the bears.

We all thought (hoping) it was Blade covers so that the Blade PVP would begin on Halloween. Oh well. Perhaps it will be easier. On the other hand, there's nothing else going on ('cept Lightning rounds) so there's little else to divert attention.
