    Say hello to my maxed Ares. Oh yeah!

    Now I need some black OBW to finish my 2* completely. Although I don't see that happen soon. I have gotten OBW purple 4 times in the past week. So unlucky.

    Btw, should I mind leveling Daken**? At the moment he can go to 53 so I will not bother. But, if I get 12-13 covers for him, is he worth the iso? Or I should save for my 3* (Which are constantly coming thanks to this awesome group).

    I should let you know that the current PSY PVP has a very bad end time for me. It finish half an hour after I finish work. I can't play in that time frame and I surely cannot shield for 1 whole day. That would not be wise. My data plan is also running out later today and I don't think I will have a new one before I finish work tomorrow. Chances are I am going to under perform this event and might even miss the last push for the PVE sub which ends tomorrow as well, but that's OK because my PVE score is going to be 100+ later today.

    If I end up buying a new data plan I will try to push to 500 while at work, but I cannot promise anything.

    We generally do worse on the Wednesday end PVPs. They're badly timed for a lot of people.

    Believe it or not I found the solution. My colleague has data plan and she has 1.5GB left for 1 week. She will make a Hot Spot for me in order to be able to play during work. Is that awesome or what? I might even finish first in PVE this time because yesterday I was 1st and ended up 3rd because I was driving back home from work.

    But seriously, don't tell that to my boss icon_razz.gif

    Just a heads up, I will be going out of town camping this weekend, so might not get a whole lot of participation in any PvE events that are occurring. I'll do my best, but where I am going in wisconsin, cell towers are sparse and I might not be able to launch the application.

    With regards to whichever PvP that will be ending on Sunday evening, I am going to bum rush it the last couple hours before it ends as I'll be home right around then, so don't get worried if you don't see any score for the majority of the event.

    The Sunday event? Is that the gonna be the Doc Ock event?

    No idea. The Captain America PvP event will go through Friday as normal. Whoever comes after him is who I will bumrush on Sunday evening.

    The PvE will likely have Doc Ock as the featured character I'm guessing. Like I said, I'll try to play when I can, but depending on the end time, I am willing to take a weekend vacation in the cave if it is needed.

    I didn't shield either, but I also didn't get attacked, so I may have a new Wednesday strategy.

    It's a risky one, but I think several people are doing the same. Last Wednesday I watched as the player ahead of me in 5th remained unshielded the last 30 minutes. He ended up in 8th and lost around 100 points and I moved into 4th without having to jump. Today there were 3 people in the top 10 in my bracket not shielded the last 15 minutes nor were they shield hopping. I passed the one that was ahead of me in the last minute to claim 5th but none of these 3 were ever hit. So you have to ask yourself, do you feel lucky, punk?

    I think Lazy Caps are fairly saturated so not as many people would be going all out for them. I would never have tried going unshielded with Dakens or Sentrys on the line. Nonetheless well don bears.

    Most probably people skipped them because they had some killer def team like Sentry/Hood that is not worth the risk.

    One thing that happened for me in this event is that I entered the last 10 hours and started climbing. I climbed to 150 then stopped. After 2 hours I climbed to 350 and stopped again. Then I climbed to 450 and waiting for the 3 hour window to push to 500+ and stop. During all this time (4-5 hours approx.) I never got hit once. After I shielded I got only one hit and I won for +8. That's it! No more attacks for me until the end of the event.

    This must have been my easiest and most peaceful PVP so far. I'll try it again on the current one and see what's up.
