    I was also disappointed. Even if it's not a 4* at least something newer would have been better. With 6 or 8 new 3*s in the last couple months there is a lot to choose from. Even if I already had 5 of the rewarded cover at least it wouldn't be one that's about 10 months old.

    Other way to see it: 3* Thor is one of the most wanted/usefull 3*, so a lot of people want him in the daily rewards.
    And all covers given in the daily rewards were the first color. I do not see why they would have to change this for Lazy Thor only. (well, not exactly, because there are the full 3 covers of the 4* characters, but it's another thing)

    You can be desapointed, as for any 3* daily reward, but the cover given is exactly what was expected to be.


    One more thing: one one side, you have a new daily cover every two weeks, or more (much more when they give the 3 4* covers). On the other side, you have a new character every two weeks, or less now. So the daily rewards will only be more and more late, and will never catch up with all these new characters. Be prepared for it, or you will be disappointed for every new daily cover.

    My Thor is currently 5/2/5. He's good, man. People want green generation, so they assume 3/5/5. But his damage with 5 covers in red is about 2K, and that's fine. They're making more and more GOOD yellow abilities, so I see the merit of 5/3/5 or 4/4/5.

    You want 3/5/5 so you can autopilot AI Thor into a yellow green combo and get some defensive wins. Increasing damage-only on red isn't worth it.

    This build is almost as sad as a 5/2/5 Hood. Usable, quite serviceable even in certain circumstances with certain partners, but not self-sustainable and missing the essence of the character. As blue is the best ability for Hood, yellow is absolutely the best ability for 2* and 3* Thor (not green, mind you), and easily the best yellow ability in game period. Do not underestimate it.

    I was very dissapointed too. I know there are people that maybe would want that cover (not much I think), but I think they would want a 4* Thor cover or a Blue Fury cover more...

    Day 429 is a Blue Fury. This thread has an up-to-date list of the rewards.

    I'm on day 385 and my 3 star Thor is 1/2/1.

    I'm sorry that this is not useful to you but you have to remember there is a whole community of players out there. Not all of us are as fortunate and/or as dedicated as you. You shouldn't assume it's not going to be useful to anyone.

    Why don't I have more covers? Probably a combination of luck and placement in tournaments. Would I like more covers? Absolutely. I can't wait to get my greedy little hands on that Thor red cover.

    Hopefully that means day 445 for the Purple Fury.

    I'm also guessing (though this is just a guess) that we'll see 4* Thor starting day 500 and Elektra starting day 600, but it'll be February-March before we know the answer.

    It's too bad they can't make it 3* cover of your choice or 4* cover of your choice but considering they don't have to give us anything at all and I dont' care.

    Daily rewards really do need to be looked at too. I mean to a new player they look good, but once you start getting to the later ones and your roster is already complete they're useless.

    Problem is there's no guarantee as to how people play. That Thor cover might be invaluable to one person, but completely worthless to another. The rewards are more suited to casual persistent players as opposed to harder core players, and after a certain point, there's just not that many covers a hard-core vet needs.

    A cover for a newer character such as 4Thor would be useful to everyone not just the few players would don't have 3Thor fully covered by Day 415. At day 415 we should be getting something that it is useful to all the players that have hung in for that long.

    They can't go any faster than a 4* every 30 days. That's all colors every 3 months, exactly the pace that they are releasing the characters. I'd rather they keep giving the 3* in the 15 day breaks as opposed to just 30 days between a 4* cover with no covers in between. I wouldn't be surprised if day 490 was a 4* Thor cover but who knows for sure?

    A player that starts today could very feasibly have 4*Thor fully covered in 415 days time. What then? Another "This 4* Thor cover is useless to me!" thread on the forums?

    Think of it as a Heroic token with a 100% chance at Red 3* Thor. You'll sell it for 500 ISO if you don't need it, which is likely more than you would have got from an actual Heroic token (after it rolls up a Bullseye for you).

    For me, tomorrow's daily reward is a yellow Spidey, and that's exactly how I'm treating it.

    One thing to keep in mind is that not all players are going to progress at the same speed. A casual, free-to-play person might still need a red Thor cover at day 415.

    Do casual, free-to-play people last that long before moving on to another game? I don't know, but it's possible, I suppose.

    Hey as long as the list gets updated right? I just moved west after coming from the central time zone so my rewards kick in at like 7:00 in the morning PST. So I usually play a match first thing as I wake up to collect it haha
