Any team comps to beat the last node with a default ant man?
I can barely break past wave 1 and got to wave 2 a few tries.0 -

If you have them, 3* Steve Rogers and 3* Iron Man should make short work of it (the wave with the Ultron sentry is the toughest, as you might not be able to keep their board-shakers stunned). In 2* land, OBW and someone tanky, like Thor, should be able to do it (although I haven't tried that myself). 2* Steve and Magneto is another solid option, although your margin of error is a bit finer than with 3* Steve.
Good luck.0 -
This is seriously hard. I can't even beat the first wave node, got to round 4 once. My roster is clearly not strong enough0
-
Can anyone confirm if Steve Rogers face is back to normal?!
The last time this ran the devs decided to remodel his face, maybe this time they changed it back for good0 -
My Ant-Man is fairly useless - level 70, two covers. I was kind of surprised that there wasn't a 1/1/1 loaner Ant-Man available. Do they remove that option if you already have the character, unlike in the regular PvP rounds? Or am I just missing something?0

If you got them, I remember using LCap/Hood/Antman for that last survival mega node when this first ran in the summer. It worked well, though I haven't had a chance to try it today.0 -
Anyone have any tips for the first wave node (node 3 I think)? I've got lots of lvl 166s, plus 270 4hor and XF. I've tried a couple of different recipes (BP, 3Thor, Deadpool/Deadpool, SW, BP), and each time, I beat the 1st wave easily, use AEs for the 2nd wave, and the 3rd wave begins with Whales and Call the Storm and I'm toast. I beat the first run of this event, but I forget the team.0

I haven't started playing it yet, but just looked at the first node where he's essential and I have both the loaner (5/4/4 covered) and my own available.0 -
Yeah, Lazy Cap and Hood beat everything once they get going. Especially wave nodes.0

Thanks for checking. Weirdly, I see the same thing now for node 1, but for node 2 I'm still restricted to just my own lame guy. Maybe a bug.0 -

Really? What level opponents? Mine wiped in the first wave.0 -
Finally managed to beat the first survival node with Hood, Gamora, and Kamala Khan. Hood kept them from building up AP for when new waves started, Kamala took care of AE and healing, and Gamora always had her red available to make sure I could act first on new waves.0

My roster is all level 153s but I have 2 5*s in my roster. The last node are level 200s
My GF has a roster maxed at level 131 and that last node is all level 111 for her and she beat it easily.
So the scaling is insanely rediculous for me I guess because of the 5*0 -
Used LCap/Hood/Ant-Man in the last node. Took two tries as first board was terrible.0

I have 2 5*s and multiple lvl 270 4*s, and the last node was only 180's for me.
Cap, KK, Hood (all 166) still mowed it down.0 -
OK because I struggled so much on the first survival node I'm going to share my strategy for anyone who (like me) has a roster of 2* and undercovered 3* characters. Here we go...
Team: OBW, Storm, MNMagento
Boosts: +2 , +2
(you can use a team up or anything you like in third slot - personally I used a Sentinel of Liberty TU)
OK For the first wave, collect Blue quick as you can and if no blue then purple and steal like crazy. For now don't use Mags purple to accelerate CStorm Blue, it's more important to deny AP to the first few waves. Fire off Storm and stun the most deadly (I left BW and Yelena free to match) then collect and match damage the other two until you can save up for Mags red and use that to down one. repeat on second un-stunned opponent. Match damage to death the final opponent.
For the second wave you should have enough to use 2 wind storms and stun 2 of them, then fire off to collect more AP and down the un-stunned 3rd character with Mags
Repeat the same trick for wave 3.
By wave 4 OBW will probably be dead so now you want to use all that to use Mags and collect for storm and then wind storm them to death.
It DOES require a bit of board luck and a lot of planning but it is doable...just, with a 2* roster.0 -

HAHA How the hell were they 200 for me. Did you die to any other nodes? The other wave node I just beat it first try but 1 person lived with 300 health. So it wasn't easy.
I ended up beating it with a poorly covered fist and pretty good cyclops with some luck and smart board play0 -
The second node (first survival) took me quite a while (and a lot of health packs) to clear. In the end, I used my go-to DDQ team -- Cage, Fist, Witch -- with boosts for blue/purp, blk/grn, and all AP. Only Fist survived, and barely punched out Devil Dinosaur at the end. But it got done.
Not looking forward to the final node.....0 -

My roster is mostly 94's with kingpin, OML, Hulk, XFDP and Black Panther all above 100 and the enemies for me are level 1650 -

Agreed. Round 1 was somewhat challenging to accumulate enough AP. Once I had enough , I had to say, it was a piece of cake. One advice is definitely use on goons even after KOing tile movers to prevent them accumulating ludicrus amount of AP which if you match to end a round, the next wave tile mover COULD execute a devastating ability.0
