    Feel the same way. Hulk will tank for everybody, then take your time LoL. At least with Doom, it was Summon Demons and then watch death; with Hulk, gunna take FOREVER

    Heh. Got two Well Trained tokens from the hard simulator and two regulars from the regular simulator. The two Well Trained tokens got me two 2* covers I don't need. One of the regulars was my 5th black Loki cover (taking him to 5/0... where are all the purple Loki covers?!?!). Always the way.

    I finished top 2 in the Hard tourney, and top 50 in the Easy tourney. Pulled Moonstone, Cap, Cap, IW (who I needed). Also pulled a Red Hulk from a standard token yesterday, so not a bad set of tokens overall.

    Ugh, bought a 10 pack because all the powered up threes I need covers for. I got Hulk black (needed) daken x 4, cap x4 and Loki black (the only powered up 3 i had maxed). Why do the RNG gods hate me so.

    When r48 comes out, we should make an alliance and make sacrifices to the RNG gods so they will love us!

    Oh my god, I've just beaten 230 Hulk, 230 IW and 230 Analyst with a 60 Spidey, 20 Venom and 10 MN Magneto. Using boosts and a friendly board, I was able to lay 6 web tiles down instantly to Devour the 20k Hulk, then rinse and repeat against IW and the Analyst. I don't think I've laughed so much while beating a team before icon_lol.gif

    I think the game's Venom is actually Mac Gargan, though -- he was the comic's Dark Avengers-era Venom, plus the design with the small green eyes within the large Spidey eyes is unique to him.

    I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the board, and knew I'd be snacking on the 20k Hulk before he'd even had a chance to move. A tasty morsel for Venom icon_e_biggrin.gif

    Hulk does not like Photon Blast O.O . He beat the sh*t out of me after I did it to him 3x in a row. His anger at 230 ain't no joke.

    that's why you either perma-lock him or chip away at his health with matches (I found it incredibly easy w/o Spidey but with Doom's Demons, they damaged just short enough of 5% of enormous Hulk health).

    It's probably just me but I'm really starting to feel "event fatigue" at this point. I know we're on the home stretch with just over two days left, but after giving it a jolly good effort for the last week, I just can't bring myself to push as hard now. The second mission in hard is, for the first time, giving me a lot of trouble which I'm putting down to lack of focus.
    Still, no matter where I place at the end, I think I came out of this stronger - my wide but shallow roster (lots of heroes, most low-ish level and meh covers) got a little deeper, I had some very fun battles, and I'm just shy of the 100k point reward, which is much higher than I expected after the last PvE event shenanigans.
    Time to meander toward the finish line with a relaxed outlook, a cool drink in one hand and a slice of pie in the other.

    Yup, same feeling here. Not sure if I want to continue pushing hard - just too much grinding!

    On another note, I wonder if the developers heard all the complaints about the scaling, cos touch wood, it seems to be OK now for the easy mode. Hope that I'm not speaking too soon!

    Easy mode certainly isn't easy for me. Level 230 1k fight, level 175 Dr Doom, Mags and Loki, 127 Thor, Venom and MN Magneto. None of that qualifies as easy.

    I'm guessing the level cap that IceIX talked about isn't working, as an Easy level should never have fights that hard IMO, irrespective of how well the community does. Easy should be easy.
