Anyone lose their stockpiled Taco Tokens?

    Did anyone else receive less than they think they should have had stockpiled for this week?

    Haven't received anything from them yet. Only Taco I have right now is from the Daily. I'll be quite upset if I only get about a tenth of what I had :/

    I have 2 for this week and 4 now stockpiled, so............yes.

    Got an email stating they found a fix for it and to keep an eye out here for information....still waiting Red guys!

    I can't see how a patch would restore missing tokens, but if you say so...

    I'm not very confident that I won't be in for a week-long email correspondence down the road.

    That's not so bad. Last time I had event rewards disappear it took over a month for them to add them to my account & I still got shorted a token. icon_e_smile.gif

    My most recent run in with cx sup was when I placed top 50 in a pvp and got no rewards at all (except for alliance rewards).

    I emailed them and within a few days I got my prize - the HP, Iso and... 2 Star Torch.

    Since when is 2 Star Torch the top 100 prize? I emailed them back that they gave me the wrong hero and they sent me a "how satisfied were you" form. Lmfao.

    I even specified which Human Torch I was missing, and they still gave me the wrong one. Lol.

    They sent an email saying it would be resolved soon and then immediately sent me the how satisfied are you form.

    Well, the issue hasn't been solved yet and you're acting as if it has and are apparently closing my ticket.

    So un. How satisfied am I? Un.

    They sent an email saying it would be resolved soon and then immediately sent me the how satisfied are you form.

    I got an email saying it was resolved, no tokens back, 2nd issue not addressed at all..
  • I got an e-mail asking how many tokens were lost. Unfortunately, I don't religiously keep track of every token I stockpile, particularly event tokens. Trying to figure out how many to ask for, but I'm hoping they'll just track it down in the db.

    Can anyone confirm losing event tokens too?

    They were Thick As Thieves tokens and Deadpool.

    Are you all saying that they MIGHT NOT give them ALL back? Why couldn't they just reset that page?

    Hello everyone,

    It's looking good that you'll see your missing tokens return today after a small patch.

    Here's word from the devs on a minor issue you may run into: "Players may see duplicate stores for the old tokens; that is, if a player has an old Smash Hit Versus token, and the Smash Hit Event is running and they win a token for that, they will see two Smash Hit stores; one for the old token, and one for the currently running token."

    Does this mean the Taco Tokens that were missing will now be stored in the stockpiled Taco Tokens, making them good for the last rotation and the next rotation (not the current falcon, psylocke, Cap, etc.)?

    Came to post the same thing. Nothing returned for me either.

    That would be an error though, since they SHOULD go into this current week's.
  • Hey guys, we released an update for Android todayl, R73.2. This is not the update that will fix the token issue. When you come into the game, you'll see a data patch at the splash screen, where it fills up to 100% and that's the patch you're looking for. I'm not sure when it will propogate, but expect it today.

    After you see that patch applied,please put in a ticket if you still don't have your tokens.
