I just started playing thick as thieves with 6d 3h left and the first mission was worth 21 points. The first mission in family reunion is worth 20 points. Was this the same for everyone? With these low points no wonder the progression rewards are capped at 30k instead of 80k like in the hunt.

Roughly, yes. 20 for initial mission for me. 18-19 for the first family reunion, I think.

I just beat a mission. No rank increase and difficulty still increased so that's not it either.

A lot of my points have refreshed now. Not sure if there will be a second wave of points in 15 minutes or so (that would indicate when I completed them a second time.)

Cool, I guess I can join sometime tonight then. In terms of the levels decreasing, has anyone figured out how that works? I'm guessing that you can tank X times per refresh cycle before it doesn't work, so I guess I'll try that and report my findings later tonight.

Definite rubber banding happening. I'm sitting at 334 and the two guys above me were at 342 and 357 grinding in 1 point increments. Some guy just shot to the top of our bracket with 371 points. So I'd say rubber banding still exists in these events. Can anyone else confirm?

It's too bad that spidey is also boosted this event, since he takes away 2 of OBW's colors, so you have to not use him if you want to have fun with espionage and boosted strike tiles
