    A lot of characters are now buffed with a scaling factor. It's something like a level 5 character becomes a level 120 equivalent, but a level 85 might only be a level 130. Higher is still better, but not significantly so. This means even a level 6 Captain America with maxed covers is pretty good if he happens to be buffed.

    Damn when I saw the progression bar I thought it's one bracket like in Hulk event. Now I'm with the crazy ones in a 2000 bracket icon_cry.gif

    Yeah, I got so excited that there was new PVE content, I totally forgot to stall for a good bracket and jumped right in, for both main mission and the submission. Oh, well, too late to do anything about it now, just gotta make the best of it!

    Has anyone else noticed in the subevent that the difficulty seems to get harder as you go through it? By which I mean that I looked at all the fights after the first one in the subevent and they all said trivial. But now after doing all but 3 of them, one of the remaining ones says Deadly now. About halfway to my current spot, that one said easy. So, I'm wondering what's going on, I didn't think to open it before when it said trivial or when it said easy. It's Family Reunion IX, I've got level 91 Rag, Daken, and Moonstone.

    So just found out that the last fight in Family Reunion requires GBW. I don't have any GBWs so I cannot even try this to get top placement. I'm more than a little irritated about this as I would really like to max out Patches covers.

    Edit - Just noticed increasing difficulty the more you fight. I kinda like that. A lot actually.

    At first blush, this PvE is a outstanding job by the developers. Fresh story content (what looks to be The Hood's integration into the story), new character (Daredevil), using alternative outfits (Patch and OBW), and finally having the underutilized Maggia, is a great new face lift to what was starting to become a little stale. Daredevil looks like he'll be quite a formidable opponent in PvP.

    First concern tho: will this be Wolverine's show again, like the rock star that he was in the Hulk PvE?

    If you look at the rewards you can tell the bracket based on the max rank of placement rewards.

    Hm I think you're right. IX is lvl 118s for me now, and I remember them being easier the first time through.

    The bracket size is in red on the tile for the event in the "Events" screen. Thick as Thieves is 2000, Family Reunion is 200.

    Scoring is different. I beat a mission 4 times. I got 50 points all 4 times. Each time I complete the mission the enemies get a little stronger. Pretty awesome.


    After the mission is completed 3-4 times points stuck at 1.

    Daredevil sounds cooler than Punisher, but I'll continue to hold my breath for now.
