The main nodes after the sub-events end were repeatable but had very limited rubberbanding last time IIRC.

So for this version, it is running for 5.5 days

Subevent 1 is running for 1.5 days.

That would mean that Sub 2 will run for 2.5 days and the main will be open for 1.5 days, if they follow past event timing. This would mean sub 2 will end 12 hours away from the chosen endtime. Hopefully, they have listened to the forums and both will run for 48 hours, which would mean all 3 endtimes would be as selected.

There may be 3 subs, (2x Tower), based on my leaks.

Which would then translate to 3 1.5 day subs, followed by a 1 day main. This would leave the second sub 12 hours from preferred end time, with sub 1, 3 and main on preferred. That feels right, but this definitely makes the timing of entering late to avoid grinding a lot more difficult to figure out. Guess we have to wait until the second sub opens to get the timing locked in.

I dunno how I feel about this event. The only characters that I hadn't levelled are & I am struggling against as I barely scrape a win

Gamora, Steve Rogers, Magneto Now and Hawkeye are only available in the sub event, not the main event. That seems pretty strange to me.

Other subs will likely see other sets of powered up characters (while keeping Blade/Spidey/HT for main event). I'm glad Steve Rogers is selectable for the current sub, it's tough fighting AP-fed Juggernaut, Ragnarok and Ares, and Steve is the PvE all-star.

I'm going to guess that it's because the EVENT pop-up doesn't list rest of the characters. However the Event Rules has the full list.

No. More will be playable after the first sub-event ends, to open the second. And so on with the third sub event.

This event is going to turn very ugly at some point. Either the scaling stays the way it is and then people with low scaling effortlessly takes top place while high scaling guys are effectively losing a game to a lot of 2 match abilities (Headbutt, Unstoppable Crash, Chemical Reaction, Onslaught), or the scaling goes up drastically and then everyone gets to lose to a 2 match move.

Sorry about that, haven't been able to keep it up to date. So it's those characters for the city sub event right?

EDIT:Picked final slice so I wasn't able to see the sub events at the time of the post's creation. Doesn't excuse the lack of updating though.

Gambit is getting a movie so if this game keeps chugging he'll be in.

They did a poll on facebook back in September maybe asking who you'd most like to see introduced in the game and Gambit was one of the top suggestions if not THE top. So I don't think there's any doubt he's a favorite among MPQ players

My level 100 Torch with 5 red covers is buffed to 190 in this event and hits for 3848. It's good damage, but I'm feeling like it should hit harder. Can someone who has a 166 Torch tell me what's their Fireball damage?

There was a poll. By MPQ. Of the fan base. Gambit won. That makes him a fan favorite.

The others were in the top of that poll as well. The Absurd Squirrel Girl was NOT at the top of that list.
