    What do you mean? Carnage was the leader, of his Maximum Carnage squad. He had Shriek, Doppleganger, Demogoblin, and Carrion.

    If Carnage.....OF ALL CHARACTERS POSSIBLE.....is a freaking 4* star, I will have lost my remaining hopes of the developers having any sort of maturity, whatsoever.......

    If they're using a substitution cipher to spell the name with the first letter of each word, Carnage is possible. It's the right number of letters/words, and the only repeated letter ("A") is repeated in the same place in the encryption ("E"). Either that's right, or it's a complete stretch (not wishful thinking, Carnage is not high on my list), or it really is just too hidden for me.

    Oh well. . . we'll know in less than a day anyway!

    I mean, I understand we have to be sneaky about this...but I was having trouble following why Ghost rider was 3* and Carnage was 4*, but since Unknown is revealed I have a bit more clarity icon_e_geek.gif

    Since Carnage is released as 4*, wonder what happens with the new, Original Spiderman... 4* is less likely now.

    From the interview:
    Marvel.com: Carnage’s “dad” is a 1-Star character and a very simple symbiote to wrap your head around. What did you guys want to do differently with Carnage to show that he’s a totally different beast?

    Joe Fletcher: Well, one thing to keep in mind is that the version of Venom that’s running around in “Marvel Puzzle Quest” has Mac Gargan as a host. While the Scorpion is a nasty member of Peter Parker’s rogues gallery, he’s also a pretty simplistic Venom. Not much in the way of subtlety, he enjoys using his brute strength to forge ahead. Hence his 1-Star status. Someone like Eddie Brock, who can control the symbiote much better, would be a rougher customer for S.H.I.E.L.D. to handle.

    .... like, say, a 3* character, perhaps?
