    In Combined Arms or other 1* buffed places I always tried Spidey + Venom, with limited success. I suppose this is a way to get more webs on the board, for Carnage in the future?

    Does Carnage use web tiles too? I don't remember the abilities earlier listed here mentioning web tiles, but it's been a while. icon_e_confused.gif

    IIRC, I don't believe he does. However, anything could change before his release in an attempt to create some web-tile synergy. (Not that Spidey would ever team up with Carnage, but still.)

    I was disappointed that this "Original" Spidey isn't a *** rework, but the silver lining for me is that this presumably means [SPOILER-FREE EDIT: another certain upcoming character I've been pretty excited about icon_e_biggrin.gif ] will be a more-attainable *** and not **** as I was worrying he'd be.

    Just give me an original copy of the book they are using for his cover art, and all will be well.

    Side note, i have so many of the books they are currently using, i was going to try and do an IRL roster for myself , with some colored sticky notes...just for kicks, and to use up some wall space in our geek room... if they use AF 15.. there goes that idea lol. Already had QS and SW's in my collection before they were released.

    Hm, here's something I hadn't considered 'til now -- Turul, we know **Bullseye's getting ***'s greenflag.png as his 3rd power, but do you know if **'s purpleflag.png & blackflag.png are going to stay as-is, or are they turning him into just a lazy ** version of the new ***? (I'm hoping that's not the case... I love using ** in certain groups when he's buffed)

    There is also the possibility that they are changing 3* Spiderman's subtitle from Classic to Original(Extra Crispy) like they did with Black Panther and Daredevil and that this really is a revamp and not a new character.

    Image-wise, there is just not very much difference for the casual player/fan to tell the difference between the two in a line up.

    You mean you don't enjoy the neverending Battle of the Redwings.....?

    And a board full of shields so that every turn does a whole 1 damage.....?

    It's almost like you DON'T want to have every match take 4.5 hours to play!

    So, I'm seeing Spidey mentioned, then I see a mention of Carnage, which I was not aware was even a thing.

    I know this thread is for talking about the rumors and upcoming and what not, but is there a thread that just has the actual information, confirmed or otherwise? Just not sure what is really out there.

    Yep, there it is, Top Gun. Has not been missed. Good character but geez, those anims.

    Kind of odd that the other, overall season events aren't up. Seems to be a lot of behind the scenes tweaking today ...

    I went digging a bit today because the hints were so spread out in here, Cyc has "Uncanny" and "All New" versions listed. I don't see rarities or abilities the way I do it, but I assume that's the old 2* that was bandied about months ago now.

    Only other new one I saw is one being tossed around here (known). 2* Bullseye 3rd ability I don't know if it changed, but I teased knowing he had a 3rd ability listed somewhere around page 30 - they probably had it planned as soon as they gave Daken a 3rd as well. There was a 3rd ability listed for one of the 1*'s that doesn't have one back then as well, I haven't looked in the months since.

    3rd ability greenflag.png is live and pullable from tokens right now for 2* Bullseye, no longer speculation.

    I know, right? LOL. I have covered and sold 2 star.png Bullseye several times. Maybe now I'll finally build and keep one.

    That day comes ~6 months after they have stopped releasing new characters, but the servers are (somehow) still on and hosting events - so I have earned the ISO to finish everyone higher than them on the character ranking sheet? (and I banked another million ISO in the hopes they start releasing new characters - some of which almost have to be better than them too?)

    I guess.. if they could make a required node.. and the prize was good enough.. nope - gonna stop myself. probably never gonna happen.

    Admit it Aesth; even if you hit an MPQ ISO lottery, you'd just swim in the ISO, Scrooge McDuck style, instead of giving any to those 2.

    LOL, hey Faust. I wish you were right. I never saw an ISO I couldn't burn. There are toons I disparage, but once I adopt em, I invest. I only have 2 maxed 3 star.png s cause I just love the cheap levels sooooooo much. 39 guys over 100, only 2 maxed LOL
