    Any Daily Rewards/Mission Rewards/Stockpiled Tokens which reward Vaulted characters still give access to those characters. For example, [as of this post] Spider-Man (Bag Man) cannot be pulled from tokens, but there is a mission in the prologue where a player can earn his covers, and his covers still drop randomly in PvP battles. Black Panther cannot be pulled from tokens, but if you have a stockpiled recruit token which featured Black Panther (like the last run of Juggernaut: Heroic) or are approaching the Day 195 Resupply, you can still obtain his cover.
