    This is probably one of the easier events too because the good guys (Avengers) are surprisingly weak. As long as Thor isn't around, the Avengers don't do anything super dangerous on their own.

    Just have to work out how many refreshes I need to do at the end of the sub to post a score that will get to 105K. And then decide if doing that many nodes is worth a Doc Oct blue. (His black in Enter the Dark Avengers really Murdered the 3 Goons with 8 attack tiles out)

    Yeah playing with his black kinda makes me wonder if he could be ok paired with Daken. Green is so god damn awful though.

    Hm, here's a stray thought. We just got Doctor Octopus. Now we're handed a bunch of Spidey covers. The anniversary is around the corner, and the devs have said they're working on new content for that timeframe. Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock for the first post-Dark Reign story event?

    i didnt catch the start time. i see that subs are 36 hours each. What time did this event begin? im just trying to calculate when the first sub ends. thanks.

    Also: good time to introduce a few non-Maggia petty criminals to liven up the PVE opponent draw. "Mugger," "Bank Robber," etc.

    It ends tomorrow at 12am eastern. One hour before the PvP ends.

    That was a sweet PvE vacation.

    I don't have the strength for this. I'll take the free Sentry and be happy. Which I'm now going to assume isn't there, despite the event description in game saying it is.

    The recent Hulk event had a free Hulk cover for all.

    The Hulk and Sentry events explicitly state that you recruit Hulk/Sentry; not so much for the Deadpool event, though...

    Well, there's one wipeout - against Maggia Assault III. One Don and two Muscles, all of them in the 120s to 130s. They just spammed out strike tiles and I died.

    I dunno the best team. OBW and CMags conflict horribly, and I don't know if I would have gotten enough blue anyway. OBW/Hood/Ares, maybe? It will be hours before I can try again, though.

    Why do they always make the new character a required character in the next PVE subs? And with the PVP that gives out oc ending an hour after the PVE requiring him ends.
    It just seems to be insult to injury for those that missed out on winning him. Keep rewarding those already doing well enough to have come top 150 last time.

    The part that's ending tomorrow night is just the first sub of a seven-and-a-half-day event. You'll be okay if you don't get Ock until Saturday.

    I'm just a 2* player with a bunch of unusable 3* right now, but Ares/2Daken/OBW is my go-to team when I can pick all three, and two of those are boosted, with regenerating 2Daken tanking for squishy OBW. The only non-active is black, and you can choose between 2Daken or OBW for blue, depending on the situation. Plus, an anti-grav just before a Sunder results in true-healing for Ares, since you only expend your "health boost" on the Sunder. Full of win.

    Muscles are incredibly tough but Hood works well against all Maggia goons. Indeed, Ares/Hood/oBW wreck in PvE. Try Hood/cStorm/MMN as well. Against Maggia, target the off-colours first; green for Ares/cStorm, purple for MMN/oBW, maybe black for Intimidation. Red is the least wanted colour but might work too. Both Ares and MMN can benefit from Intimidation. Let Hood steal yellow/blue in large quantities from the goons. Wind Storm or Onslaught/Sunder everything into submission. Don't forget good TUAPs especially for Hood/cStorm/MMN since the latter team generates a LOT of AP.
