Well, there are a fair number of 3*s in there - probably about 10, if they follow the normal distribution pattern. I've gotten quite a few useful 3*s out of standards in the past. Also, they build up incredibly fast.

Hi-Fi, if you're out there, could you please respond more to topics like this, that the player base actually cares about and would like an answer to? Many of your posts so far have been along the lines of "check out this doc ock interview on marvel.com." That's essentially a commercial. I can do a google search for that.

I thought when we got a community manager it would add something new that was missing. I thought this would be more of a back and forth sort of relationship, talking about issues the game is facing, and so forth, and working together as a community to bring them to resolution. But I've seen very few answers to real questions.

I honestly don't care about how the doc ock character was created. I care about issues impacting the game. For me, it's this tokens-missing-characters topic. Many other players have their own pet "burning issue". Can we start to get some of these resolved, or at the very least addressed?

I know you're new and getting your feet under you, but I would just suggest that one real way to garner some goodwill up front would be to engage the base on these types of questions, rather than let the questions linger on for weeks with no response, until the thread eventually dies of old age. That's been the status quo for so long, and its frustrating.

But I will say it's getting old. I am not getting my rewards and x5 as I should because they refuse to fix this problem after months

My first response was to laugh, but upon closer inspection, I'm pretty sure this is an actual excerpt from a D3 post.

How about we just make these characters into a new lightning round?

We have a shot at getting tokens with their covers that way.

Too simple of a solution! And one that the player base would enjoy, to boot! Must throw that one on top of the large pile of other completely viable quick fixes. There's no place for anything like that here.

I think that this would be an easy fix if they just get rid of heroic coins and replace them with two different kind of tokens , like villain tokes which give out only villains, and hero tokens which give out only heroes. The player could pick between the two kinds after winning them or just simply get one token of each kind, of course the ten pack would be a five villain five hero token.

The topic has reached 60 upvotes. I am still holding on to the theory that they will be added for the anniversary. The only reason they could have completely avoided this thread is because they have to keep the answer hush hush. If I am wrong, then I will seriously have to reevaluate my time in this game.

At this point, realistically, I think there are two options:
1) They're holding out on announcing a big change
2) They're completely paralyzed by indecision

At the moment, I'd almost take that. At least it'd be some sort of communication to show someone's even reading this. Seriously... it's been up for a week, has 63 upvotes (at time of posting this), and no reply/acknowledgement of any sort?

The thread asking about when the anniversary day actually is got a reply 3 hours after being posted. Not to deny the validity of that particular question, but the disparity in answer times is a bit absurd. Particularly considering how important this issue obviously is to the forum.
