isn't that why Brian Michael Bendis left avengers to x-men. lol0 -
My question is why is not Juggy buffed for this? He was an ally for a time.0

anyone know which team is more of a defensive deterrent?
Lthor/Ldaken/ywolfy
Lthor/Ldaken/Sentry0 -

Because Juggs is mostly a villain and is not a mutant. Hence, not a "child of the atom".0 -

he's an actual x-men, not just an ally.0 -

he hasn't been a x-men villain for close to 20 years now. since before onslaught storyline. as said before deadpool isn't a mutant.0 -

It depends on the levels but I would say Sentry. YWolfy is still preety squishy even when buffed.
I am runinig Patch, LDaken, Psylock. LDaken makes Psylocks red go out so much faster and since she is not as leveled Daken still tanks a lot for her. I don't know if I will get any defensive wins but I don't use a lot of health packs.0 -

I'm confused. Don't LDaken's strike tiles keep Psyloke's from being placed? If he has three or more out, Psylocke can't place any, which makes her red power useless...right?0 -

It means she can hit for 1k+ for 5 Red AP.0 -
I seem to have stumbled upon a surprisingly effective defensive team. Because I'm up about a hundred points overall with a team of X-Force, Hood, and Steve. And I only put Steve in instead of Deadpool or Psylocke to deal with Hulk. Either that or people are just having really bad luck against me tonight.0

I wonder. This isn't a Season event. But now with Deadpool v. MPQ the 2nd said and done, how big is the flood over to this event going to be...?
Also, I agree with the boards; a buffed, decently covered X-Fixed is NOT to be trifled with..0 -

Using xwolv/daken/hood. Hood supplying black and green and daken supplying strike tiles. This team is one serious combo.0 -

Some down right discrimination right there.0 -

The fact that Onslaught was 20 years ago suddenly makes me feel much older than I did yesterday. Almost the same way I felt when I saw Days of Futures Past and told a friend, "They're using Sunspot's new powers." To which he replied, "You mean the powers he got in 1992?"
Excuse me, I need to get my walker.0 -
Just a little explanation.
- Deadpool: he's not a mutant, he is a human mutate: his cancer was temporarily arrested via the implantation of a healing factor derived from Wolverine. However, he joined the X-Force (read Uncanny X-Force by Rick Remender, one of the best x-run ever).
- Magneto: he joined the X-Men in 1986 (see Uncanny X-Men #200) for the first time, the last one was in 2010 (Uncanny X-Men #517) and he is one of the good guy yet (Marvel Now!, actually I'm reading UXM v3 #16, so please NO SPOILER)
- Juggernaut: he's not a mutant, he is a human empowered by the crimson gem of Cyttorak.
So, Deadpool and Juggernaut are not "children of the atom". Children of the atom are every mutant, good and bad. Good guys are the "children of X(avier)", or everyone that have joined at least once an x-team.
My 2 cents:)0 -
I was really enjoying a quiet climb to the 550 or so before work. Since then have been - for want of a better word - buggered by a gaggle of maxed boosted 3*s. Brutalised.
To add insult to injury have been on the receiving end of a couple of killer cascades too. I thought Mags and Storm were supposed to be awful on defence
Some advice though. Up to now have been running maxed Stormneto with AWolvy. He's only level 50 odd preboost but fully covered, which puts him up at level 97 I think. Is he a better bet than a maxed Thor/Ares?0 -
I noticed something strange playing in this event today: a bunch of players with no 3-star chars and little fully made 2-stars... yet having a lot of X-Force covers. Is it just a weird coincidence, or something else?0

Maybe they got some from the daily rewards, if they have been playing enough days?
One of each color, starting on Day 149
...maybe lucky on token pulls? I got 2 Yellows and a Green really early on before even the Daily rewards for my own X-Force, pre-buff0
