Finished for a diabolical. 100hp for a purple Loki + the diabolical for a black Loki = 4/5 Loki.
Now after I level rag and mag and gw **** and spidey and whoever else awesome I get covers for I can get to my Loki. Haha!
I really hope a crazy awesome Pve event comes tomorrow!

Wow, that was the hardest I've worked for top 50 so far. Everyone wanted mags. I'm still wanting rags so only wanted a diabolical token. So far 3 today - Loki times two 4/4 with him... Grrr and Doom who I have maxed. I swear that cover pack hates me! Doing better in the 1star pack!

Yeah, that fight for top 8 was pretty crazy. Thanks to all for not smacking me up too much(though someguy did beat me down quite a bit hah). I was so close too!

I skipped you! And someguy (at least until he attacked me first)! and greggray! and it was kinda annoying since the matchmaking got stuck with you guys for like half an hour

Dblack79 (not 100% on the numbers). Did anybody else fight him? Same as the mag round. Killing INSANELY fast with a lvl 60 ish thor, and lvl 15 rag and m.storm as def (error?). I cannot believe this person can take out a 12k doom a 9k+ mag and a max thor (this round a lvl 18 rag) in the time it takes me to take his team out. This is just weird. I guess I can't complain though. The retaliation battle was in my favor and in both lightning rounds probably was the difference in tiers. Got top 8 in the first rag tournement I've ever actually tried to place in..yay. 2/2...still don't want to put ISO in him lol.

So, despite the oddity of it, thank you dblack79.

M storm + boosted character + environmental tiles = quick thorned roses, yes? Then Thor spam and repeat as necessary? Never tried it just guessing that would work out quickly.

He must have been working like a machine though. I just ran mag/doom/m.storm (started with 50 min left or so) and the speed is good but not amazing honestly (diabolical was a blue hood )...and mag should down faster than thor due to the boost. Regardless, that is prob exactly what the person did. Makes me glad in retrospect that i went 5/5/3 with storm. Should be considerably faster though with a max magneto (mine is only 3/3/3 lvl 75).

He had a lv80+ rag when I fought him.Though his other two were low level, like 1500 health each

Not sure why TheLadder petered out a bit at the end -- he was ahead of me up until the last 5 or 10 minutes. Not that it mattered much, since we had #1 and 2 easily sewn up.

Hah! I sat at a table in a public area rather than going up to my desk for much the same reason... just got compelled to finish off my Loki. I even leveled him up to 20 from 18 before switching to the default one.

A coworker who saw me on the train asked if I'd gotten lost on the way to work

I have not scored more than 100 points in any lightning round this week due to the high volume of high level rag. I thought that was how one does tank their rating.. Yet I've seen no change after 2 days of winning 1 match per lightning round.

I like how you dodged the issue here, that rag is making the game unplayable for anyone that doesn't have one.. But you do, so I'm not surprised.

Great community here, bunch of people with rag, calling everyone that doesn't have one a liar. The truth is I skipped probably 60% of the lightning rounds because I get real tired of skipping over and over again to find someone with similar covers to myself. And I'm sorry but I am telling the truth in regards to not scoring more than 100 points in any round and it having zero affect on the following round.

I don't have a Rag (just a mid-level Doom) and I am able to finish anywhere from 25-200th place in all of these lightning rounds. I can even finish top 20 if I wanted to, but many of those covers I already have. I don't even try to tank, I just play and get up to 300 points fairly easily.

So, the hostility isn't because people can't relate to your plight, it's because you're full of ****.

Not everyone is in the same plight. I had a mid-level Doom before and I could not get anywhere near to 250 points. I can finish a battle in 2-3 minutes, and I come out to 2 or more attacks every single time. I count myself lucky to get 150 points.
