i can confirm after using him a lot in this PVP, he is definitely close to top tier, most of it is cause of his red is uber cheap and can do 3300 damage, if you have two boosts you can start the match by casting it right away. Whales is just....so awesome but it costs a lot at 14 ap....but the casting sound(and 4k damage) is totally worth it.

I'm going to be lazy and stop at 1000 which should be a lock for top 10 in my bracket - no one's really moved much in the last 12 hours.

Hopping for the first time to see what happens. Got my way up to 1.030 so far... I don't think I've ever actually hit 1,100 but might as well try now. Sadly won't come close to 3 covers even then ....

what is so good about sentry? i dont understand why so many people like a character that that basically commits suicide for all his moves. seems like u would need luck to get passed good teams. cant lie, hes annoying as **** to battle but ive barely ever lost to a high rated sentry based team.

Because he can kill the opposing team in 30 seconds, making shield hopping a lot less risky.

This is shtty. Been playing my heart out for hours since yesterday and can't crack top 100. All the top people in my bracket have full 166 rosters, so I'm screwed.

Seriously, devs. It shouldn't be this hard and I've already had to delete 2 inappropriate words while typing this.

One freaking decent cover. It's not too much to ask.

Oh wait, who am I kidding, devs aren't going to read this and their care factor about me as an individual with this concern is pretty close to zero or less.

The requirements for top 5 are much higher for this tournament, but tbh, because of all the high scorers, this was a pretty easy climb. I'm getting close to 100 points every shield hop. Not much more I can ask for. Getting 45 points a match at 1500 is pretty great.

my 5DA mates are reporting brackets where 1500 gets you top 10...cause everyone else is over 1600....and i'm in a bracket where i'm first with 1437 by over 200 points.

Congrats man. About 1 hour ago #8 was abt 1444. Since then 5 thru 8 appear to have gone backwards in points so it must be brutal.

These things are getting ridiculous. Have 6 maxed 2* characters, and starting to work on 3*...puts me in these brackets that I can easily finish top 100, but cracking the top 50 is tough, 25 is damn near impossible. Trying to keep grinding through this thing without using any money is getting a bit unnerving.

Thanks WYP! Had quite the time trying to break 1100 and escape the crowd this late in the event. Finally pulled it off on my 4th try after getting mauled 3 times trying to cross 1100. Strange bracket though, compared to everyone else's, with the huge disparity between 5th and 6th.

My 1453 got me 4th in my bracket. 1st was 1564 and 10th was 1116.
There was a 5DT (mak3482) leading my bracket for a bit, but with about two hours left their shield dropped and so did they.
