        Looking at my level 270 Devil Dino right now and these damage values are a tiny bit high... perhaps copied from a Champion (or undocumented balance drift over time?).

        He only does 2461 with each attack.

            Might be a consequence of the rebalancing they did when the champion system launched. The numbers sound familiar, so I think they were accurate at least.

            Wow, that's still terrible. So Dino's red does the same damage as Thing's red for the same cost, but doesn't have Thing's 2-turn stun. Thing's green does more than double the damage and destroys 4 times as many tiles as Dino. Yeah, it costs 12 instead of 7, but the point is that no one thinks that Thing is even a good 4*. And Thing's yellow is way better than Dino's purple, especially since Dino's purple costs 6 now.

            I was going to champ Dino for anniversary, but now I think I'll pass.

            Terrible, even worse than before - because at least you could have used that cheap powers especially 3AP pink to spam some passive powers...

            Purple at 6 AP means he is now totally worthless.

            Green damage improved by 63 points at level 270, wow what an improvement.

            Very disappointing. Dino was going to be my next champ, but i'd sooner spend the iso on mr f or wilson, if i'm going to go slumming.

            First... D3, on the other characters, great job on the re-work.

            BUT YOU BLEW THIS ONE.

            You say you want him to be a fun character... Well, you failed. He WAS at least a little fun, with the only 3 AP move in the game. It made him quirky, and different. Now... He's just like any other character with 3 boring offensive moves. Blah.

            PLEASE reconsider giving us the "FUN" Devil Dino back!

            I thought he was getting a buff not a nerf @_@

            please reconsider this. I get he is a bit of a joke, but at least make him usable like howard @_@

            Hmm. Yeah, the rework pulled him out of his niche. Red at 10 is fine, board shake added to Green is good, but purple looks pretty awful. It already was--but the sheer cheapness gave him value in silly teams (KK, Carnage, etc.). Plus the regularity of the swapping meant you could sort of use it to generate AP by sliding tiles down one by one, which gave him a little 'skill' feeling (despite still sucking pretty bad).

            I think he'll still basically fill the same role (Assuming his HP hasn't changed since the update hasn't hit the android store yet), so it's too early to beg for a return to how he was. But still, a more exciting rework for purple could've been just a random tile swap, at 7-6-5-4-3 AP, to let people decide how they want to build him: for cheap activations or for more efficient (but still only ok) damage.

            I know the "point" of his 3 AP move was to trigger beneficial passives more than anything, but at 6 he should actually play better on defense with characters with good purple powers, instead of just wasting it 3 AP at a time. He's almost certainly a better tank now than he was, except for those KK/Carnage teams. Can't discount the value of a little board destruction and cascade either. The damage on purple isn't exciting but it could be a cheap way to finish a guy off at the end of a wave, e.g.

            Edit to add: Just a side thought--if they ever wanted to pull him out of lower tiers and make him competitive, they could add damage to his attacks for each Downed ally. His huge HP and weak abilities means he's normally just a meat shield you take care of at the end of the fight, but if he was doing 4851 plus 4851 for each downed ally, people would have to think twice about leaving him for last.

            RIP Dino. You will now be seen in anniversary week only.

            When you had a 3ap power, it was kind of exciting and unique in a quirky, manic sort of way. Always waving those arms around to so little effect. nothing else felt quite the same.

            But now you are just bottom tier. Nothing special about you at all. So maybe we'll have some fun next week (if the disaster of anniversary 2 can be avoided), but don't expect us to call again until anniversary 4. It's not us, it's you!

            I'm going to look at this glass half-full instead of half-empty.

            DD is a character that's hard to cover, since the covers only come around once a year. So I look at his being (and remaining) weak as a non-issue. It's not like he's ever an essential character that you're forced to play. He eats up a roster spot as a trophy if you're so inclined, and that's it.

            Meanwhile, DD does occasionally pop up as an enemy in some PvE events, and sometimes he's just flat-out annoying due to his low AP cost. Raising his purple from 3 to 6 means the AI can't spam it as much and you don't have to watch that animation EVERY SINGLE TURN OMG. And raising his red from 7 to 10 has a similar effect, in that he becomes a little less annoying to deal with.

            I'm guessing this wasn't the intended effect, arguably making the character weaker instead of stronger. But I was never going to champ him anyway, and I think I'll actually be glad he'll be a little less annoying when he pops up in PVEs once a month.

            They buffed him, theyre giving out a bunch of his covers again, and most likely he and howard are going to enter into normal 4* rotation. So no, he's not just a trophy slot anymore. But he is absolutely awful.

            Yeah, it is really weird. Being awful made sense when he was thought to have been given /once and only once/ during the first anniversary. A neat, if barely useable throphy of your having been around such special time. But now that he has becoming at worst a seasonal character? Now he's "rare" not "unique" and as such, it would be more logical for it to be awesome rather than awful, an encouragement for newer players to stay along til next anniversary.

            I wonder if the 1* loaner in "The Hunt" PVE will change too or if it's just the 4* one. It would be nice to have an option to run the old one in PVE once in a long while...

            I guess the extra covers will now be ISO. Why would they nerf him (as much as I like the fact he will be less annoying when he is on the opposite end)? I have saved iso to champ him, now every time I will pull his cover I will cringe with pain - as it could have been something useful. Shame...

            What a disappointment... I thought I will champion my DD after buff. But he is still terrible. How 270lvl 4* can do so little damage? Half of 3*'s do more damage...
            Or at least his board shaking should targeted not random.

            In my opinion DD should be top-tier, because he's rare and he's never powered up. He should be useful at 270 level...
