You know I just thought about, what if there is actually some other accounts not in alliances that are just retreating to them. I mean we all know how long it takes to get sandboxed, what if they just make obvious hack account and 1 hit KO up to their range and then just keep retreating to themselves? The only thing that makes this seem not real though is the fact that everyone else would have seen some suspicious no alliance guys up at 1100+ in nodes too. So don't think it would be that. But just trying to add some guesses.

Like, to pull an analogy, this isn't someone hitting a home run every time they are at bat. This is someone hitting a home run every time they're at bat and sending the ball into another state. 2000? you would need hundreds and hundreds of organized retreaters to push them up that high. At a certain level you only receive 1 or 0 points for doing this.

This in everyone else's opinion constitutes cheating and abusing the system on it's own despite the fact that Flo has been using speed hacks (we have proof submitted separately on that one)

It's also downright suspicious that the figure-head of exmen told members they aren't allowed to post on a forum to defend their actions. You can't tell me for a second that he doesn't know what's going on

That being said, normalize rewards for this event if you can't remove it from season totals etc while figuring out how to punish these stooges.

Umm no one else could put up those numbers because dedicated players right now won't give their money to d3. Until this suspicion can be cleared up I won't give them money as I know many others saying the same. Many people didn't even hit those scores during glitches. In conclusion, only the xmen are dumb enough to either cheat so bad that it's that obvious, or spend as much money as they are for every pvp.

Okay, serious question - does anyone think it's even possible to spend that much money? Like, really. Even with all the hero points in the world, could you post that score? Could you shieldhop to 2k? I don't buy it. Not for a minute.

and to the note of money, why would I pay any money for a measily amount of hp or iso when these guys can get unlimited hp practically free. Even if someone was a freaking prince, D3 you need to put in some stop-gaps here so you can't outright buy your way to the top. It's one thing to buy every cover, it's another to have unlimited shields which any fool with unlimited pockets can use to win every fight in 15 seconds and re-shield to infinity.

In fact I think Nazareth called out the Devs when he called out the challenge. Stop me if you dare is the summary of his thoughts. Why? because he has that bogus lawsuit in his back pocket.

Considering that we've had a sandboxed guy in the forums before complaining about how he kept getting the same 0-point and 1-point guys in his queue, I SERIOUSLY doubt that it's possible to get to 2000 without a bunch of people in the 1400-1700 range to feed off of.

At a certain point, you're risking far more than you'd make by taking on matches and that isn't even going into the retaliation possibilities.

I don't know if they're cheating or not (although TBH if they are genuinely spending what it would take to get those scores by 1 win shield hopping then they're welcome to them) but their numbers of shields used and speed of wins are unarguably suspicious. When a game is competitive, that is to say one person's results impacts the rewards earned by another person, there NEEDS to be a degree of confidence in everyone being on the level.

Supplying that confidence IS D3's JOB. The fact that there are easily accessible cheats that would let you do what these players are doing without spending cash and without the risk of being hit unshielded (1 hit KOs, speed hack) and the fact no reasonable person would spend EITHER the money OR the heavily restrictive time needed to achieve those scores means the Devs should ALREADY have looked into it and informed us one way or another.

It can't be hard to get info on cash spent on HP and match win times for players, assuming the devs have done an even half decent job on their game (big assumption? ) so this could have been resolved before IceX even posted in that mystery men thread. Instead everyone's left assuming they are cheating and getting embittered by the echoing silence from the devs.

Final point...... other X-MEN have NO MORE idea if they are cheating than anyone else does. Just because they organise leapfrogging off each other DOESN'T mean they aren't cheating in HP or cheating for speed of games with one hit kills. Only they, and the devs, can say one way or another.

It's all clear to me now though.... I can get 965 points in PvP and GAIN HP.... it's even better than being F2P, it's like i'm printing money. This therefore proves something... dunno what.... probably ABSOLUTELY nothing relevant to this thread...

They are either cheating or stupid....or even both...

If I were to cheat, I would not have my score be 1000 points higher than most everyone else, as that would cause suspicion...If they are blowing a couple hundreds per round to get 2000+ points, I am curious as to why? If they are going to blow that much HP, why not just buy the 4 Heroic 10 packs, it would be cheaper that way...

Bingo. It's not hard or impossible to pull down well over a thousand points with a decent roster and some well-timed shield-hopping. I pulled down 920 today with only one shield and a 2* roster. But as anyone can tell you, it gets exponentially harder to get more points past the 800-900 point. Once you get past a thousand, it's virtually impossible to progress without shield hopping. There's a reason they place the same value on getting 1300 points as they do on winning the entire event.

obviously it's not clear to you because you can't do anything but resort to putting people down. I know the people I play with and I know they aren't cheaters. I may not have the highest score but I know for a fact you can get high scores without cheating. just because you can't seem to achieve them doesn't mean they aren't possible without cheating. And just because we
won't reveal the way our alliance opperates doesn't mean we're cheaters.

They were called out in the last thread, and it was even stated they never show up in the LR. Then Flo joined the first Lr (only one I saw) and he showed everyone the shadiness of what he is doing. Now they have either figured out the dev's don't care, or might as well run the tables, or both.
