Load the game through the reward link. It took like three times for me to get the second reward.

Close mpq on your Chromebook. 

In the email, right click (two finger click on trackpad) select open with mpq.  You may have to close/reopen mpq a few times.

ya that did the trick. I didn't know you could do that with chromebook

If it's been a while then I would contact customer support. Their advice to me for the first reward was to launch the game, complete a battle and then use the link again, and if that didn't work then to contact them again and they would see what they could do.

Yes, the Peggy shards were slow to redeem. Had to retry quite a few times before succeeding

The 2 rewards I earned them minimizing windows. Pressing claim button and then pressing the game window. It was fast.
