Had no issues claiming first prize, now this one won't redeem. Have other people experienced having to wait for it to show in game this time?

Load the game through the reward link. It took like three times for me to get the second reward.

Close mpq on your Chromebook. 

In the email, right click (two finger click on trackpad) select open with mpq.  You may have to close/reopen mpq a few times.

If it's been a while then I would contact customer support. Their advice to me for the first reward was to launch the game, complete a battle and then use the link again, and if that didn't work then to contact them again and they would see what they could do.

You gotta use mobile to redeem the rewards, for PC you gotta contact technical support which looks like a big hassle 

To be honest, it's not that big a hassle. Just forward the email to them, ask them nicely for your reward and let them know your username. It would certainly be easier if it was unnecessary of course.

Yes, the Peggy shards were slow to redeem. Had to retry quite a few times before succeeding

Still waiting for the email for answering the 2nd clue correctly. It’s been almost 24 hours.

The 2 rewards I earned them minimizing windows. Pressing claim button and then pressing the game window. It was fast.

Clue #3 popped up when I opened the game, but I guess we're awaiting a link from the devs to be able to submit it?

Alternatively, go to Today's News and skip until you find clue #3 and click "Submit your answers" here.

Anyone having troubles receiving the emails to claim the rewards? I got one for the first clue but not for 2 or 3. Customer service is not being helpful.
