It makes sense from a fiction perspective, given the time travel storyline.  I guess you could argue that the two Jean Greys should be able to play together for the same reason, especially with them bringing the older one back from the dead.

From a game play perspective it makes less sense, given that their powers are almost identical.

Anyone played archangel in fights yet? What's he look/feel like in the field?

There is only one Mjolnir. But Gladiator Thor doesn’t use Mjolnir and is a different person from Thor, Goddess.

He's grossly boosted right now, so hard to get a good feel for his damage potential.  But, the part that works at any level is the AP denial.  That 7 black comes fast, and does decent damage if the CDs go off.  Though you usually don't bank on that damage, since the timer increases with cover.  

His green is decent, and AP destruction is helpful, though random.  His blue is pricey.  The gap between his green (10AP) and blue (11AP) feels like a lot.  Overall a solid 5 with targeted AP denial and decent damage.  His real value is AP denial and airborne counter.
