    I only just uninstalled my game yesterday morning due to it getting stuck on a loading loop

    So now I have to uninstall and reinstall again as game has auto updated

    All this has completely wrecked my simulatior pve

    I’m sure we will all get compensation for this like we did last time

    I actually thought the compensation was quite good last time but then I didn’t have the constant crashing of those playing on steam , tablets etc

    Here goes nothing 😬

    Uninstall/reinstall fixed it for me

    Back to the 32% loading bug again 🤦🏼‍♂️

    This Game is testing my patience

    I, too, am affected by the loading screen bug. I cannot go further because if I do, I lose all my data. Got this message after attempting to delete to be able to reinstall:

    "Delete Marvel Puzzle Quest? Deleting this app will also delete its data."

    I would have to start all over from scratch to continue, saying goodbye to my old data. Even with my knowledge of my username, I would have to recollect all the heroes I know I had and lost. 180 slots as of this writing.

    Well I got through it, games not loading matches at the moment but I’ve had that a lot on this holiday so I expect I can play again in the morning 🤞

    Had it set to Auto-Update... 😑😑

    Everything was perfectly fine 24h ago 😣😣😣

    Have backup - but won't try uninstalling... Just in case...

    Lesson learned - Auto-Update is off now.

    With the successful restart I’ve noticed that the new character quests have gone so maybe the new character is what caused the bug

    You can check in the in game settings section. Facebook save is definitely working. Worst case CS can restore your account. They did it for me last year.

    How would someone check the in game settings section when the issue at hand is that the game doesn't get past the loading screen?

    Few restarts helped 👍

    But still lags like crazy 😞😞

    I went ahead and deleted the app and reinstalled. The initial "sign in with apple" didn't work...

    Had to do the Spidey vs Cap intro...

    Then I immediately clicked the gear icon and signed in with apple from there...

    I'm not sure why it worked for me and not some others but wanted to post my experience.

    Fairly easy and no real risk since the alternative is being locked out and account is recoverable.

    Update, after a couple of uninstall and restart and reinstall on the phone, I finally got back in to the game.

    Maybe you could have pulled R327 from the stores, you know. I mean it's been like 1 or 2 days since the release and this was immediately known.

    I tried uninstall reinstall. It hung on trying to restore my apple save. Restarted and then it just sent me to the tutorial like a new account. Frustrated beyond belief.

    It is worth trying again to uninstall and reinstall. It failed for me first time but worked second.

    Yeah fortunately second time uninstall/reinstall worked for me.

    First impression is that it's a sidegrade at best. Marginally faster in some places, while more frequently crashing than R326. 😅

    The uninstall/reinstall was working for me yesterday on Android. Got my roster just fine. Now today doing the same? Gone. Can log in on my Macbook and see my entire roster, etc. Have it backed up on Apple. Facebook it won't log into to save. So an email was sent to CS.

    So… Most (all?) companies have a back out plan for any critical software release…
    If you cannot roll back, you can often “roll forward” making the next release with the prior release codebase… I really wonder what could be so different and bad that we cannot make it past the splash screen…. And I’ve heard other fixes are going in, but not one to let people log in? That does not seem productive.

    Do you have the game backed up? Even if you don't as long as you know your in game name CS can find your account and then you go through the following steps of playing a match or two until you are prompted to make a new account name, tell CS what that account name is and what your original account name was and they can restore your existing account.

    I have the game backed up via Facebook. I’m still not chancing a reinstall because a few of my alliance mates have had trouble getting their accounts back.

    One of them has been in limbo for a couple of WEEKS. It shouldn’t take that long, which doesn’t make me trust CS at all.

    So, no thank you to reinstalling.

    This game has become such garbage, it’s gotten worse and worse the last few years and you finally killed it. Congrats for chasing away a vet that’s been here since the start and was never afraid to spend. Way to fumble the bag fellas. Deleted the app and that’s the end.
