    I have lost everything. Supposedly loads my facebook account then tries loading apple account. Nothing came up. Years of playing the game down the drain…

    Latest updates feel like either they have outsourced both development and qa, or replaced all qa with automation. I say this as someone who has done QA for over 25 years and am currently in the business. I’m sure it would be really interesting to be in the room during the post mortem.

    Really want my money and time back

    I feel stupid even registering an account to post and find more information about this game, and playing it almost every day. That’s on me . Makes Apple’s Liquid Glass appear to be well thought out and executed

    Personally, I don't expect much in terms of compensation... I'm on Steam. So far still manageable... Oh well... :|

    May I ask, did you update? I have not had the courage to do so. And no one is giving news about it.

    We dont get a choice on Steam, we're forced to update. But the Devs caught the catastrophic bug of R327 early so they stopped pushing the update, its not scheduled anymore anyway.

    Got lucky I didnt open the game at that time so no buggy update for me.

    Mine autoupdated last night on iOS. Luckily the uninstall, reinstall, recover from back up worked for me.

    I can still get my addiction fix ;)

    Oh dear, looks like I have been updated to R327 - I got past the initial load screen but now just black. Guess I have to uninstall and reinstall?

    Second time worked - you need to make sure the game asks you to log in on Facebook if using that method of back up.

    Haha this made me laugh out loud - I’m not trying to gaslight anyone, I used to play at a high level and burn 10+ shields per event and clear/grind competitively. I’m just trying to lend a bit of perspective that if anyone’s getting really worked up about this then maybe they should have a bit of a think about that.

    Don't want to take the chance of uninstalling i'm pretty sure i have my account backed up. This really sucks

    You can check in the in game settings section. Facebook save is definitely working. Worst case CS can restore your account. They did it for me last year.

    So, my iPad updated itself. It is on the latest update on the app store. Doesn't move past the marvel logo.

    My Android phone works fine. Well, it's horribly laggy, but I mean it boots.

    What are the steps to make the iPad operational again? I've seen this as well as other reports of people who uninstalled/reinstall getting their account wiped when trying to load it from backup on a fresh install. I'm using Facebook.

    I can’t talk from iOS but the key thing with Android is that you press the button about being a returning player and having a Facebook save and then the game prompts you to log in on FB and continue as whatever FB identity you have. After that your game is restored. If you don’t get the second part you will have to uninstall and reinstall until you do.
