managed to clear 2 of the 3 do Agatha's abilities 20 times. Her Purple and Blue and I got 2 covers on her a Purple and Blue.

My Agatha is at 2/3/5 after doing all her event quests. I call her Agatha OutofHand because once things get out of hand, it becomes destructive and very powerful. Here’s what I’ve learned…..

• her yellow stacks with other match damage buffers. Yeah….. some other math geek can do the numbers but it gets out of hand after cascades.
• Her yellow is also a shockingly good finisher late game. Why? Because even though it puts the remaining match damage bonus at half, her ability damage STAYS THE SAME. So the reason why its current damage is low is a perfect justification because if the base of this (and her blue) were strong, it would get ugly VERY QUICKLY. As it is, it’s still a good finisher once things get “out of hand”.
• Her purple is shockingly useful because it’s 1) so cheap and 2) gets the ability damage boost as well. You can fire this and forget about it. Then make matches and watch your ability damage build. Then when it gets matched, you get a nuke. That’s why it’s a 3/4 turn repeater. But as it is…. it can deal shocking damage once things get “out of hand”
• Her blue seemed very convoluted at first. But I’ve got it down now. Here’s the deal……

You have to make matches IN THE AFOREMENTIONED COLOR to get the bonus WITHIN THOSE 6matches BEFORE the power turns into Augmented Arcanum. You get the bonus effect when you fire Augmented Arcanum. For example…..

Let’s say you start the match off and you do…..

1 red match
1 green match
No yellow match
2 blue matches
2 purple matches
0 black matches.

The power turns to AA. Then when you fire off AA you will do your normal damage + the red match bonus + 42% damage to other enemies besides target + gain 4 AP in your strongest color + stun a random enemy for 2 turns. No yellow matches = no health bonus. No black matches = destroy no friendly and enemy tile.

But suppose you somehow did 6 blue matches? When you fire AA, You would gain 12 AP in your strongest color. 6 red? You would the red bonus damage x6.

All of the damage you deliver also takes into account the ability damage boost from the yellow. So again… it can get out of hand. I haven’t tried stacking it with Apoc or another damage booster though. Theoretically, it could get even MORE out of hand.

Also…. The blue power as Complex Incantation is sneaky good. Putting out 4 of a color and leveraging the board and AA in your favor to get the bonus effect you want. Also….. the yellow bonus effect a true heal and the black bonus effect gains AP from the special tiles it destroys.

It's gonna get nuts with ascended Karnak being God boosted during her pvp event.

I think she's very good, but maybe not in the ways anyone expected pre-release. I've found her purple to be really strong too. I'll do some testing over the next couple days and see if I can find any more quirks.

Played her with Colossus and Cyclops and even though I only have a few covers for her, that team is crazy. Wong and Magick were great with her too.

She’s going to be a problem.
Certainly a centerpiece character to build around.
I’ve got her ruining things right now without a booster. I’m not sure who to boost with, but Okoye looks like the best since the old bag wants to be in back.

My Wiccan is ascended but I have not received the retro rewards. I see the ascended Wiccan now rewards more Agatha feeder shards and covers. Did something change in how an ascended feeder rewards are happening now?

I got to "double dip" on her and have been running her in PVE. I have some observations:

• as noted above - the match damage boost halves every time you fire her yellow, her ability boost does not. I think the damage on blue and purple is a bit low, but that gets fixed fairly quickly after some matches.
• speaking of her purple, matches do not proc the repeaters (i.e. they don't do damage when matched,) only when destroyed by a match-4 or other tile destruction. That's a bit annoying, but the power is so cheap that you can spam them anyway and I'm not sure it's that much of a drawback.
• The ability to add tiles to the board for 3 blue ap is actually deceptively good. Need a particular color? Want to proc Coulson? There are definitely some great uses for it and it swaps the power over faster as well.

All in all, I think she's a really solid support character, one you want some levels on, but you'd rather she not tank. I think she also has a lot of good partners, which is great for a variable boost list. Definitely way better than the last crop.

Based on what was posted above, if your Wiccan is ascended to 450 you get nothing. For the first 7 days you can get Agatha as ascended rewards like this:

I want to try her with Apoc/okoye/wanda. I swear I will soon.

But man….. she is SO GOOD with ascended Northstar. Northstar has cheap abilities and gives cascades for days. These 2 with a good tank (Sebastian Shaw/colossus/she-hulk) and it gets out of hand so quickly.

It's a long time since i have not enjoyed playing with a new character. Only with two covers, a purple and a yellow.
Agatha pair well with a lot of characters. She is like a Swiss army knife

This is for a single feeder. The retro rewards schedule for a primary/secondary feeder is different.

Yes, though "break even" for those with a second feeder is 290 I think.

I am loving Agatha so far (currently 5, 4, 2) ... After some trial and error I've found a nice spot with Abigail Brand and Jubilee Phoenix. They both do almost all the matches and their match damage gets super powerful really quickly.

The incantation blue is amazing and I've often wiped out whole teams sooner than I expected due to the damage bonus building so quick. Planning on having her 4/4/5 when I can

managed to do her yellow ability 20 times and I put wiccan on for shards and he got bonus shards to get another cover which was 250 more Agatha so I got 1 cover on each of her abilities
