I got it! If Uncle Ben is downed on either side, send all Spider-Mans away for 1 turn to cry. When they return, they get a 1 turn damage boost of 1000% for being enraged.
While Uncle Ben is down, all Spider-Mans mutter “with great power comes great responsibility” every turn which increases their damage 100%.
Plus, Uncle Ben can be brought into a battle while downed.
6* Stan Lee suggestion:
3 Purple - Nerf! Change any character by decreasing their level and abilities to the minimum. (i.e 1/1/1 @ 255)
3 Green - Hulk Out! Change any character to their maximum level and abilities (i.e. 5/5/5 @ 550)
6 Black - Stan sings an Epic Rap Battle with Jim Henson.

That would be the day after never, I've written 5 new pve on the back of a napkin for use but was told there was too much story.
Stan the man: 8 yellow: plot armor. The selected character takes hits, and they groan and their face gets swell up, but actually their health never changes. The character can't be downed, if they are sent away they find the way to return before the turn ends.
8 red: new twist. Green Goblin kills some crucial character just for the sake of it. Downs any character regardless if they were invisible, airborne, or sent away. Characters downed this way can't revive. Ends any plot armor which the character could had before downing them.
