This is really it isn't it? And it has been for a while sadly. I really want to get ProfX because at least it will bring back the puzzle element of trying to get as many match-4s and 5s, but it is really sad how everything now is all about crazy passives.

I really want back the times of 3* Magneto crazy blue power or Charlie's Angels, you would always win, but there was this big puzzle element to those powers that was really fun, not just mindless match-3s

It's always something, literally always. 

People were upset because one good team or character beat them, Now its about 3 or 4 good teams you can run and be competitive and people still complain.

And people in 4 land aren't the ones complaining once again...

Which tells me 5 land is seriously messed up.


IMO all 5's should be strong, I don't really see a point in releasing a 5 that's weak or doesn't hard counter some feature or power if they are on the weaker end. All 5's need to have a purpose for cases like this, If there kingpin blue passively stole a attack or strike tile at the start of a turn, or hulk drained green somehow, or wasp stunned a character that stuns an opposing for the same amount of turns while not being able to be stunned the game would be MUCH more dynamic.

You might run across a wasp, kingpin, hulk team.... PVE is gonna be busted down in its own way regardless, and its pretty much trivial. PVE isn't based on difficulty but speed


I really don't understand why they don't do this... I chalk it up to not enough in house resources.

Burn it all to the ground and release Marvel Puzzle Quest 2.

Make it a fair playing ground?

Start mpq 2 with all default resources regardless of roster strength in mpq?

That sounds hmmm a direct cut to this thread... but not for me...
