I'm an admitted Spidey addict. (Step 1) In the past pvp or two I have been using him a lot and also trying out other teams. His impending nerf has me scrambling for ISO so I can max out Daken and Hulk...I'd like to use them together as my post Spidey team. Ideally I'd want to use The Hood, but I need half of his covers still.

Bowgentle - no worries, I have no actual plan in this pvp...just playing for ISO.

Is it just me or has the craziness been rolled back in this tournament? The constant stream of max 3* team match ups is gone, and I haven't seen anyone from a top 10 alliance in my bracket so far. If this keeps up I think I will spend some HP just to show my support.

i need one blue cover! thank god it's only top 50. also really....what is up with rags? like....not as bad as the punisher tourney's at the beginning of april....but at least punisher is more useful

Speaking of Punisher, I got my first Punisher from the 300 progression token Thorborg must have wanted me to get punisher because I call him a Thorborg.

ANyway I really hope I can rank up to any rank for PSylocke. I have one cover and its her gray cover. Its going to take alot of guts for me to let that happen.

I saw them alright and get attacked by full-max too shortly after entry game. MMR is just carried over like last time, I start at 0 with the same stuff I left back over 1100.

i really need to get more iso. Now I am pitted up against 85 teams now.

wonder if i should make a sacrafice against one 2* character that isn't really good with any real important 2* for PvP....

If you are able to play during weekdays, Lightning Rounds are a great way to get ISO, specially if you enter right at the beginning to fight the seed teams (weak bot teams just to get the ball rolling until enough people join). I always try to get at least 100 points when I can, sometimes push for 250.

*nods* I try my best to get into them when I'm not working to hit the seed teams but when im caught at getting at the end, i can't get seed teams on time forced to waste iso on skipping and I rather not retreat and lost health on my heroes.

I feel like selling a 2* hero I may never use much on PvP just so i can earn 5750 iso (ModernHawkyeye can give me that and I can just get him again later since we can earn covers now in PvP) and use it on either thor or Wolverine so they are closer to 85. Or i can just... go to the simulator or something and forget about deleteing my modern hawkeye

EDIT: Or delete my IM35, i particularly dont use him much anymore. I use Modern Storm the most now.

It's actually not a lot of ISO comparing to what you spent on him, so I particularly just sell characters if I need the roster slot, selling for ISO is not very good. But Modern Hawkeye would probably be a good 2* to sell, along with Moonstone and Bullseye.

I've already seen Colognoisseur, Bowgentle, soenottelling, and Seriously that I can remember...though the first two were queued retaliations...I won't hit either of them again. I've seen a handful of 141 teams, but also teams with loaner Rags and sub 100's. So far it has been a nice mix, though that could change in an instant.

I have only been getting maxed teams, and spent all day tanking to no avail...I have lost 100+ matches and still see maxed teams, does tanking still work or am I screwed?

We had a guy in our alliance go away for a few weeks and now he faces nothing but maxed 2*s when he enters PVP. You could pick up Hearthstone for a while and give that a shot.
