I admire Rockett's persistence though, I bet he gets served in a pub in super quick time!1 -

I just got my first warning last week. #milestones
Good to see I’m not the only criminal here.0 -
Using the @ symbol towards someone is now considered savage?
I think ignoring the many inquiries that are made throughout the week is straight up rude and terrible customer service. It makes it slightly difficult to feel sorry for them.

A lot of missing information and context are not revealed here. Just saying.0

Just saying.Who, by me?I received a warning message for using the @ sign directed at Brigby (this was quite some time ago, I could confirm the exact date it happened as I still have the warning message but I don't wish to break any rules) by an ex-Moderator of this site (not going to reveal who it was as that isn't fair) - I was accused of mis-using the function by suggesting that whilst the forum was waiting for servers to get going again after an outage and to try and calm down the pitchforks and flames that were being hurled around that we should all suggest names for a Brigby based alliance.I assume that my intent was misinterpreted (wouldn't be the first time!) and I really meant no harm but there is definitely a rule that covers the (interpreted as being) mis-use of using the @ functions, especially where it might be conceived as causing harrassment, spamming or for trivial content.0

The thing you could not save was the vault tokens that you earned from playing Support Circuit. Well, you could save them, but they were not usable for the next Support Circuit vault. Which there were only ever two of, anyway. So the saved tokens just randomly pulled from a store with the prior vault's contents once it closed.
Anyway, re: Support token rotation.....Whether that would be the case for whatever they do next is certainly another question. We don't know if they will ever do another Support Circuit, or rotate the tokens the same way they had been, or if they will completely abandon THAT distribution model in favor of something totally different.0 -
I'd still like a rank 3 yaro root, please, and thank you.2

We are almost at 3 months since this event was put onto “Hiatus”.
Do you have any updates?
If not, when could we expect and update after you talk to Demi?
Do you think they will ever update the tokens at least?
If you don’t know, when do you think you would get an answer from Demi?
Should I follow up on this in a few weeks to see what is going on?
Please advise.
@IceIX
i just wanted to follow up on this again to see if there is an update. I saw that there was a support in the Loki costume deal, which happened to be a 2* support even though this support doesn’t have a 2* level, so I am hoping that their will be an update soon.
@Demiurge_Will
@Demiurge_Anthony
i was wondering if there was an update from your side at all as well. Hopefully their will be a plan soon to bring this back OR at least update the support store. That should not be that hard to do, is it?Dear Marvel Puzzle Quest Team,
I hope all is well and you had a great 4th of July holiday with your family. It is always great to have some time to unplug a bit and recharge.
Now that we are all back at the grind, I would like to follow up on the Re: Support Circuit - Hiatus (4/5/19) and to check in on progress since we have not heard anything about this in 3 months. While I know that since April, your team has been very busy with all of the new content that we have received in game (2 feeders, 2 new events, 7 new characters almost 1 every 2 weeks and a ton of costumes that really move the needle). I know your team was looking into this event and the token store on what to do next, I almost forgot the 5 new supports that we have no way to earn or the store that hasn't been updated since this event when on Hiatus.
I understand that everybody gets busy and things are easy to slide to the background, but I think this is important that this comes back to the top of the priority list since supports were the massive push for 2018. I do have a few ideas that I would like to share to see if this can move the needle.
I wanted to see when the next "Thinking" meeting will be and is it possible I can sponsors this? My idea would be as follows. Since both companies are in different time zones, this could be a little difficult but can still work. What I am proposing is doing a WebEx that I can set up and also bring in Panera catering. We can do a lunch catering for Demi and a breakfast catering for D3Go!. I have been in contact with both the Panera locations near your offices and they will be able to delivery this at whatever time is necessary. Then we can all get online and really get our thoughts out there and get on the same page on how we can make this event successful and maybe at least update the token stores. If more "Thinking" sessions are needed, we can do that as well.
Please let me know your thoughts on this and I will be able to set it up, my schedule is flexible since this is a ongoing issue that need to have some thought process behind it.
Thank You

Hello darkness, my old friendI've come to talk with you again2

@The rockett I'm honestly impressed by the initiative, regardless of if it ends up being just a theoretical concept in the end. (No lie. I even looked up Panera locations to see if there was even one nearby. TIL there's one on the same road as us )
While I currently don't have any updates to provide, rest assured that it is still something on our to-do list to address. I'm afraid, we just don't have a time-frame or details available to communicate at the moment.2 -
I see nothings changed with this game. We'll take something away from you for 3 months but not tell you why or when it might return. Classic D3.1

I can appreciate you recognize the old system wasn't ideal. But, you understand that, "We run absolutely nothing indefinitely," isn't therefore better, don't you?

I suggest a free support token every week until the new system arrives.
In the order: beginner token - beginner token - advanced token - beginner token - master token.
After 5 weeks you start the cycle again.
This way D3 can take all the time they want while the community is compensated AND supports are kept alive in the games ecosystem.
The current situation is a bit one sided.8 -

And when there are no actions and the words are deliberately saying nothing...
It is become increasingly difficult to discuss "shout uselessly into the void" our dissatisfaction with the current course of action without repeating ourselves. You could have replaced your post with a foul bodily sound and gotten most of the point across. As could I, at this point.
To put it in a far more constructive manner, I am feeling anything but "assured."3
