Since RNG loves to give me Beginner Support tokens from the event vaults (and not LTs), I pulled a Carol Communicator this morning.  Leaves me one Support (Vanessa Fisk) in the current pool that I don't have yet.  I wonder if I will pull her before the tokens rotate.

That's a good question! I'll be sure to bring that up during our next meeting.
Just out of sheer curiosity, when is that? How often do you meet? Do you guys have meetings daily? Every other day? 1/week? I'd love to know how, and how fast the info travels (back and forth).

I'm going to guess there's a daily standup, and they are on a 2 week sprint schedule. They probably say when asked "we primarily use scrum, but..." and in actual fact it's more like Kanban. Ideally there'd be a sprint retrospective followed by a planning session. Given that builds tend to go live on Mondays, I'd wager Friday is officially end of sprint, giving Saturday/Sunday as emergency filler days if/when necessary. If the process is being adhered to strictly, that may be why we sometimes see the messaging that there isn't time to make changes to erronious character assignments, since doing so would be 'new tasking' that would interrupt someone's committed body of work.

I read this right before attending our daily standup where we review our kanban board...this didn't exactly shatter the theory that mpq is a 2nd job...

I'm fine with having less PVE I feel compelled to do. I didn't mean Supports Circuit in theory, but it was even more time for PVE that the game wanted from me, and I already wish the game had LESS PVE.

As a person who has finished at least top 10 every single time on the support PVE event, I can say that the rewards have been lackluster.  I have now collected many of the lower level support tokens as well of some of the older support tokens, and they are just sitting there, waiting to be cashed in for either a super rare chance of possibly getting something useful, or becoming Red ISO, that I seem to have an abundance of.     At the same time, it is a fun way to waste 18 minutes each day on the clears.

I notice that our Support tokens are still pulling from the same pool of 16 today, after Circuit Break is gone and the time that Support Circuit might have started.

Will these tokens remain the same until the next run of Support Circuit (assuming one occurs)?  Are there any plans to update them?
That's a good question! I'll be sure to bring that up during our next meeting.
    Hi @Brigby

Are there perhaps any updates on this? And I mean specifically on the support store rotating to the next batch. Or any news you could share? It would be much appreciated!

We are almost at 3 months since this event was put onto “Hiatus”.
    Do you have any updates?
If not, when could we expect and update after you talk to Demi?
Do you think they will ever update the tokens at least?
If you don’t know, when do you think you would get an answer from Demi?
Should I follow up on this in a few weeks to see what is going on?

    Please advise.

Hey, don't sell agile short. It's not just for game development.  That snazzy business jargon is infecting everything these days.  Buzzwords!

As of this moment, I don't have any updates available about Supports, and I am currently unable to anticipate when we will have information available to communicate to everyone.

Ok.  So I will check back in next week and see if there is anymore information.   Since Supports were the biggest release of 2018 and built around Infinity War, it would make sense if Demi and D3 give the players a reasonable response to let us know where this stands.  I don’t think that is took much to ask.  Do you?

Just rotating the available supports would be great.  The only one I'm chasing, Vibranium Ore, has not been available for months and I'm ready to stop hoarding tokens any time now.

I once got a warning just for using the @ function on this forum towards a mod, so using it 4 times is probably = jail time.

I admire Rockett's persistence though, I bet he gets served in a pub in super quick time!

Wow. Seriously? That’s a bit excessive.

The super-survey we got, just a few weeks ago, was full of Support questions.  Basic questions like "how do you choose to equip supports?" "Who do you equip them on?" etc, which seems to be trying to gauge a way to make them more appealing to the players as they have failed to connect in any significant way with the majority of people.

The reasons for their relative failure have been exhaustively discussed (hard to get in general, nearly impossible to chase what you want, marginal impact on play for many players, too many are not a straight benefit thanks to SAP production slowing things down.  Not to mention general confusion as to who to even use them on, which is probably the first error they made by having all these mixtures of effects that help a character in one way but not in others, etc.  Which is why the survey asked some of the questions it did.

In any case, until they have parsed the responses and tried to take that information into account while developing a plan going forward, it seems they are uninterested in touching Supports in any way.  It's just disappointing as we finish 3 months of no Support token updates or anything else (except the Endgame Supports).
