    Very similar numbers for me, Bowgentle. I'm breezing in Wakanda, struggling in LA. Many, many more players with low rosters grinding LA, I would guess.

    Yeah... and we got a fresh bracket in Wakanda, not even 700 people in there.
    That seems to make a huge difference, too.

    Top player in wakanda is 4740 in my bracket, 2nd is 3990 and i'm 72nd with 2240, i dont feel like grinding this sub anymore or my scaling will go thru the roof. Last node is at lvl 160.
    Lol 3rd person is at 3672 points with a best charater: lvl 37 2** thor...

    This PVE is a lose lose for me at the moment. 539 points in LA compared to the leader with 3221, 949 points in Wakanda compared to the leader with 3032. No node in either location is over 277 points.

    I don't want to risk grinding either location.

    This currently sucks.

    I like that the top 50 reward for Fresh Cut is the essential character for this event, a character I don't have. If I do manage to get him that gives a huge boost to my chances of a decent finish here, with a few hours left.

    It has been 2 refreshes for me that the highest point nodes stay at 277, while I'm far behind the leader like just starting or when I'm in the 100 range icon_e_confused.gif

    I think they capped the rubberbanding at 277.. You guys got any higher?
    It sucks that I missed the last grind for the China subs icon_e_sad.gif THOUSANDS of points lost there..

    There's no rubberbanding on this round.

    Do you think they'll have final mission like they did in last pve? Where you could rubber-band back the pts. Pts I'm being offered in these two sub are shocking! Haven't played in 12/15 hrs and I'm only seeing 50-200pts. Also, they've changed the pts meter again. Didn't that mess everything up in last pve?

    It's impossible to guess the structure, but historically speaking there are more events that do NOT have a last minute catchup mechanism than those that do.

    This is true. Also... it would just a crying shame to waste that perfectly good parent node map that only has the single event starter node on it....

    So, yeah, expect a global rubberbanding node at the end. As always, the questions really comes do to how much time is allotted to let everyone else catch back up via rubberbanding in the end.

    L.A. should hit the "Mayhem Meter" maximum in a few hours.
    Wakanda has no chance at all, as the sub appears to have died out all but completely.

    I'll be asleep when L.A. does whatever its going to do when the meter maxes out. Oh, well... a fun surprise for the morning!

    I find that I'm beating Wakanda just fine with anybody when I'm trying to get them killed and winning would cause me to miss the next refresh completely.

    Too bad this doesn't work when I'm actually trying to win.

    I cleared most of my missions just in case the event disappears. Not like there's any significant amount of rubberbanding I could abuse anyway.

    New nodes! Hawkeye + Lazy Thor + goon in two and LThor + two goons in another essential. Although the points are just as meh. But hey, new nodes. I guess the ones in Wakanda won't open, which is just as well, because these here are in the 80s for me and Wakanda would be 150s or something and I do not want.

    Not unless they cut the total down to under 75M no hope of them opening up. Time to beat on Lazy Thor's kitty
