With the charged tiles, the extra damage can be from anyone but the matcher has to meet the health requirement and not just Jubilee?

Heart of the Team - PassiveJubilee's bubbly personality and never ending optimism inspire her team to do their best. Whenever Jubilee makes a match, if she has less health than the target, deal 1,243 extra damage. If there are at least 3 Charged tiles on the board, this also applies to her allies.

Does that mean her allies also take the damage, or (more likely) that they also deal the damage if they are the ones making the match?
