    The green gemchangers absolutely contribute to the looping issues.

    I’d contend that the HuF and Omni loops are more detrimental overall because they are not nearly as intricate to set up in the first place. It’s about configuring the deck and letting it fly. 

    Build a deck with HuF plus one other spell and you only need to get HuF out to make it roll.

    Omni does need a human to sort his hand right, especially with Refurbish and Whir leaving standard.

    If it stil infi-loops the change the Roil tokens to 1 4/4

    Has anyone tested -much- with Hangerback walker? I know people have tried it, but since it can match gems which make thopters which explore and match gems, does it cause the same loops? Or is it because it's only 1 token at a time it just doesn't lead to the same thing?

    I haven’t but it only makes one Thopter regardless of how many gems you match. Tendershoot Dryad has been pretty effective since it’s 2 saprolings on both players turns that explore when they enter v

    Yeah. I love it with hangarback walker, but it doesn't loop nearly as much. Because thopters are colorless, they can change to any color on Explore  So even though it triggers Explore on every match-3, there are a lot less match-3's than if they always changed to one color

    been trying out roil of zendikar in kiora, got 2 full loops in one battle and ended up with 100 reinforced elemental with with near ideal condityions, i dont think this is as big a problem as people are being lead to believe. Yes it can be a killer but it is still hard to set up and ai wont be able to but once in every 100+ games, the other pws that can use it i have had almost no luck setting it up reliably. My 2 cents worth for what it is worth

    I had the funniest thing yesterday, Greg play Unesh and guess which 2 cards he stole?

    I could've dealt with the blue unkillable flying brawler plated god, I could've dealt with Unesh but the 100/100 Swamp thing backing them up was too much.

    @Brigby are the devs aware of what a problem this is? Just ran into a truly broken setup with Part the Waterveil, Zendikar Resurgent, Roil, and Path of Discovery. It never ended. Please let us know if this is being addressed as a bug. Thanks!

    @Oktagon_Daiane, thanks for fixing Roil first before nerfing Path of Discovery! I think once Roil is fixed, it wont be as bad and Path wont need to get nerfed. I think if Path gets nerfed to not work on Tokens, I will hardly ever get used.

    I wrote a bug report about Zendikars Roil a month ago so this should already be noticed.
    But with the bug forum being swamped it might be hard to keep track of everything there I suppose.

    Path of Discovery is just fine by itself. A bugged card combo created the issue. Kind of like Grove tender Druids dropping tokens with indestructible when it shouldn't. Doesn't mean that Grove tender needs to be nerfed any more than Zendikar's Roil or Path of discovery... they just need to be fixed to work correctly.
