    Tip of the cap to Dark Silence for taking 1st place in the bracket. Wasnt paying attention until you got within 20, thought i had you when i caught you unshielded, but I Fat fingered a 5 match into a 3 match that left Hulk with 300 hp and got blitzed by 7 anger tiles. Also got gashed for two losses during the fight. Game over. Well played sir.

    Mines similar, saw someone below me unshield a few minutes ago, I assume to push for top 5. Knew that wouldn't end well. Now they're nowhere to be seen. Being unshielded is scary!

    Oh, and my apologies to knock3r. Had you in a node with the highest points. You were in 5th, me in 7th. Did the match, won, then I was in 5th and you in 10th with 5 minutes left.

    Hmmm... had one person hit me this whole event. Compared to the 20 that hit me in the last 30 minutes of the last one. Guess Loki isn't *quite* as popular as Patch.

    daveomite - I decided to unshield for the 1100 reward so I figured if I found you afterwards I'd retreat since I was comfortably first and everyone close was shielded. Didn't find you, but I saw Twysta was close to 1100 so I retreated to him instead icon_razz.gif

    Twysta - were you shooting for 1100? Hope the extra points help for something icon_e_smile.gif

    Pushed to 900 with about 13 hrs left. Did not shield on purpose. After morning coffee, saw that I dropped to 700. Made a push back to 900 in the dying minutes.
    Finished at 26th I think. No shield tourney was kinda fun heh.

    Saw bugpop at 1st, nice one icon_e_smile.gif

    I was at a split hair to unshield and get this green wolvie for 50 Pts.. But wasnt worth the risk.. Got a cool bracket.. Top 10 around 950.. No one has made a push to try to overtake me.. I ve slept quietly.. Thanks mate..

    That being said, no one passed me since that happened and I stayed top 5. So clearly it works

    Now that I've got a good cMags I'm not terrified of your teams anymore but you are cool dudes and i didn't want to hamper your push

    but sometimes this game makes you so tempting when I only see you two and two other guys worth way less points

    Was trying to bump up some points for my season bracket as well, got iCreateCarnage and Excel are leading it, sockid, grazzt are in it too.
    Don't think I'll win it but hoping to slip into top 5.

    well, since theoretically you don't see shielded people who aren't queued up and I kept seeing you again and again and you didnt' have 1100, i just assumed you weren't shielded

    #1 was 1540 (reckless)

    #10 this time was 924.

    not that bad. got to 1100 without much effort and single 3h shield. would have pushed higher... but pointless.
