The day after I reported the issue, I was told to attach a copy of the purchase receipt as a jpg or png. I had sent the pdf copy I had.
I took a screenshot of the PDF receipt and sent it with my phone. The next day, I got a response which didn't tell me anything new, but I realized that my phone doesn't send attachments, it sends a link to the file through Google drive.
Okay, resent! It was early in the day, so I was hopeful that I'd hear back later that day, but I didn't hear anything until late the following day when my account was credited the missing HP & CP.
Technically, both delays were on me, but each time, the response time to get back to me was the next day, which makes it seem like Customer Service is slow or that they're swamped with problem reports,
What I'd say to anyone who needs to contact Customer Service:
1. Double-check your information and PNG/JPG attachments before you send them
2. Patience (in the words of Tom Petty, "The waiting is the hardest part.")
