Hey guys,
Just letting you know I will be leaving the alliance at the end of this season. I've not only lost interest in the game and have cut back considerably on play time, but as some of you might have heard me say more than a few times , Dragon Age Inquisition is coming out on November 18. I've got my preorder and will be geeking out at the Gamestop window at midnight. In the meantime I installed Spellforce (that old, old RTS/RPG game) just to see if it would play on Windows 8.1 and have inadvertently gotten sucked back into it. I've been totally immersed in that for the past few days with almost no desire to MPQ it up.

So anyway, just letting you all know. I'm really sad to be leaving and actually the reason I stuck around so long is because of this alliance. I love the attitude, the casual yet still competitive atmosphere, the friendliness of everybody. I think I'm one of the only original members left, so that makes it even more of a bummer to leave. But I'm not contributing and I will disappear off the face of the earth on November 18. So my slot should be for somebody who helps you guys continue to kick ****. If I start playing again, I will of course hit you up to see if there's a free slot.

In case I don't come back onto the forums before I quit...love you guys! There's no heart smiley, so how about this one? for no reason at all.

Have fun on your time away! Though I've only jumped in for a season and a bit it was fun teaming up. Taking time off is good for the sanity for sure. When that match 3 itch comes back the game feels fresher. And stop by some time to let us know how the game is! I want to get around to that one too having really enjoyed the first two.

I didn't keep track of my scores from my PvP events and don't remember what I did for the PvE before this past heroic. I'll make sure to keep track next time though.

Congrats alliance, we have finished in the top 50 again, finished at rank 20. This is very good, we are now a consistent top 50 in pve. Sorry to have you leaving pandemonium now that we are a solid top 50 you have helped a lot to make us in that position.

We had a really good season 7 since the anniversary, we have finished all the time in top 50 in pve and we are climbing also in the pvp. Unfortunalty, some people are not trying as hard or have lost interest and they don't want to leave the alliance after some pm to them. We have lost good player because of this and other players were able to recognize that they didnt have the time to play anymore and have decide to leave by themself for the best of our alliance. But its not seem to be the case of our other commander samalander that didnt play as hard as the other.

I am always working hard to make this alliance the best as possible and this without being a hardcore one. We are still competitive and we are accepting that people can skip some events but when its in majority the case we cannot have the others carrying them forever. Even if the leaderboard is not working I was still looking at our stats and what I can says its that the other commander samalander is not contributing as hard as he should and as a commander we are expecting more for him and not having him keeping the bottom rank of our alliance since the season 6 in pve and doing minimal contribution in pvp with the strong roster. I have already sent him several pm but he don't seem to change and he have skipped again the current pvp.

So I feel bad for everybody that are working hard and having our second commander doing small or no contribution to our alliance. Now, I am in a situation that I dont like and I am wondering what we should do. I know we are still a casual competitive alliance but we have a lot of people working hard and I dont like people stopping us to advance but as a commander samalander you are not giving the right example to our alliance so may be it's time for you to leave us. As a commander I was always working hard on my score to be in the top of our alliance even if sometimes I have less time or I didnt need the cover, and on top of this I had to manage the people that was leaving and try to found a good replacement for them since I was the only commander doing this and I think I did a good job.

So now I am confuse if I should start a new alliance with all of you or continue hoping that samalander will quit or change is attitude but its dont seem the case after several pm sent to him and after his result in pve. So I am asking your feedback about our alliance and what we should do. And if you have a new name for a possible new alliance if this is the only solution to continue to have a solid good alliance, I will be happy to hear it.

Sorry to bring this in the forum but by pm it didnt seem to have workied with samalander and I dont want to loose people again because of this. So if I can have your opinion on this before the new season start and see where we are going for the next season.

Ok it's seem that Samalander is kicking people since it's not me, so I will start a new alliance Lock and Load. You can all join and I promise that I will continue to do a good job and keep us in the top.

Wow, this makes me sad. If I ever come back, I will look up Lock and Load then. I might still check the forums now and then to see what's up. Good luck all!

I understand you have a spot to fill. I would like to apply. I am a daily active player. I can usually play all day. I'm most active from 3pm to 6am est. I'm working on roster expansion (only need 14 more 2*+ chars to have them all) and am looking for an alliance that has ambition. I am almost done with 2* Ares and daken.
