Heey guys,

sorry but since we are 19/20 we have the oppertunity to recruit another STRONG player for the alliance again.
I highly prefer we take someone who already has a couple lv 85 - 2* covers, and building 3* cover team, preferred with a lv 100+ 3* cover.
(I know not all of us have the covers yet OR the characters actually leveld like stated above because of the ISO-8 lack,BUT this will change fast IMO since we seem to boost the new events and grab some extra 3* covers EVERY single week)

We do want our alliance to grow and compete at later stages?
Im farming points like crazy ending up 1-5 every single event, also for boosting our alliance score, so I hope most of you agree that we should first consider someone's current roster, before we actually add them if more spots become available?

Ow yeah I dont wanna be cocky with the post, just build a real strong and good alliance for garuanteed covers in the future and hopefully a **** of other new options, dont get me wrong xD

EDIT: I checked the JpWeedMan's roster, good example of this post.. by the current covers/levels.
Not entirely "bad" but will not help out on point boosting in events, will take alot of time to come up to the competetive level of play duo to the team comp.

I agree. Though you phrasing is a bit confusing. I think we should accept JpWeedMan. He's got a lot of high level covers, though if we don't, I'm not sure who we could find that is better.

I'll post in the Alliance look for member thread with our criteria.

Are people playing the current pvp? Our rank is pretty low (over 100) for the last day. It looks like cap is going to be boosted in the next tournie so another cover can't hurt. I'm sitting around 450 points now.

Someone had asked for a primer on playing times for the pve. It looks like new nodes generally appear at 12pm est each day, the stacks refresh after 12 hours. A bunch of nodes disappeared overnight though, not sure what that is about. Ideally, you'd wait until 9 or 10pm, then again at 10 or 11am. I haven't been able to do this though and have just been playing the nodes at most once, just grinding down the highest ones. The rubber banding seems pretty high. You can likely miss a day, but will probably need to play on the last day/last hours to place well.

For the open spot, I fully endorse the plan above but probably don't have the time to our through the pages looking for someone. You may also want to look if they have good coverage on lazythor and the new cap, since that would indicate they're active. JP's roster is better than the other person that applied, but I think we can probably find someone better than JP if we wait a day or two and have people apply in game.

Yeah im sorry for being skeptical about some rosters, but lets face the facts, we ARE building a strong alliance, we NEED people with experience and people that can boost our overal score.

Now I have checked all rosters & its a very hard desicion between Red boat & Ego:

EGO:
Has alot of potentional in the future,good covers, but not a very strong front line roster atm, Highest level is his wolvie 2* , Now he does have a spidey 3/5/3 wich is valuable for stunlock, stunlock means more matches, means more points boosting, and heal your team up full. So that will help the alliance in PvE/PvP wise alot. Although he has 100k ISO waiting, wich could come in handy if he upgrades the right covers, thats gone in seconds, especially when he's going to boost his 3* characters, 50k ISO is about 40 levels on 3* covers.

The Red Boat:
This guy already has a Lv 111 Punisher, lv 85 OBW (5/3/5 aggresive build though, but still good) & a spidey.. (altough only 3 blue covers, this still makes him stunlock for 4 blue AP)
His overal roster and 3* spare covers also show future potentional, though his current roster and high level charachters would make him more valuable.


Tactically, I would say we vote on "The Red Boat" ,Pure duo to the fact his main roster set up on defensive/offensive (PvP wise) is at a higher grade level and also has alot of covers he can still level up, with him in the alliance he can start picking up 3* covers each week with our alliance rewards and make him a strong player faster. Now ISO-8 farming with these PvE events aint that hard, but he already has a strong set up. (Hopefully maxing his magneto classic 5 purple for 1 shotting tanks)
Hopefully he also has a fb to share and is active on the forums.

Those are my thoughts, Its up to you guys in the end & mabye more people will apply, depending if they want an active alliance. (:

If Slim_Lancaster's spidey has 5 blue, he can be a candidate, can he apply so we can check further roster?
Grey widow is not very strong in the current META, since her sniper rifle cost 19 green AP maxed out, (need it max for the AOE damage),
For example we could use Thor's green for that with like 14AP, and generate a **** of green with his yellow, doing damage and making crit tiles.
IM 40 actually sucks untill 141 straight for tanking purposes thats about it.. His blue is **** for the amount of AP you pay, much better skills then that one.
Worthless character IMO to level up at this point untill they rebalance/change him (I think red boat had him to? but with overall better other covers I quess)

I think we need to look for covers and also individual builds, because you know .. the current meta keeps developping, the one with the strongest builds/roster will win in the end, and its all about clearing and killing fast but also sustain w/o health packs to boost MORE and LONGER.

Honestly, I think that if we are considering members, this should be a factor. I can't tell you how much getting all the ISO and character tokens and boosts from fellow alliance FB members has helped me, and the more people we have doing it, the more for all of us.

I totally understand the people who are worried about using a personal account or something like that. It took me about 5 minutes to create a FB account just for this game. I don't think it's inconsiderate or implausible to ask someone who is active in the game every day to spend 5 minutes to create a ghost FB if they don't want to use a personal one. The rewards are just so worth it, IMO.

Sure thing. First, right click on the picture and choose "Copy image location"

Then go to "User Control Panel," click the Profile tab, and then Edit Signature. Click the Img button, and paste the URL from the copied location in between the img brackets. Then, voila!

I think this is actually "needed" , and I am just really curious about our alliance, since we have 19 members, like wich ones are active?
I mean we didn't bought our slot with HP for nothing right? (I was the last one to buy a slot, 2k -_-)

Like im hoping that we can all be active and communicate on forums/fb & soon ingame chat, would be such a waste and screwed for other alliance members if we dont have a full active 20/20 roster playing the game.

Yep, the one on the forums. Up in the upper left hand corner by where you can see your Inbox message notification.

It's up in the top left, under the board index labeled as "User Control Panel." It should also show how many new messages you have to the right of it if that helps.

We really shouldn't just look for people with strong looking rosters. Rosters aren't everything. Take a look at some of the top 10 alliances and you'll find people who don't have rosters that are that strong. You want people who want to play for rewards, have fun, and are interested in being part of the group, which is best shown by if they're willing to join the forum and actually talk to us. A Facebook account isn't really necessary. If someone doesn't want to link one and is okay with not getting shared rewards, that's totally fine by me. The forum takes way less personal information to join and frankly I think it's a better way of communicating for the game than Facebook anyway.

That aside, I shielded in the Wolvie PvP at 726. Currently second, but I'm only really looking for a top 10 finish. This event is a high damage nightmare. Compared to the previous two tournaments where I actually gained points while I sat unshielded, this one just has A. Wolvie or Patch just obliterating people. Things can go bad in 1 cascade and suddenly you'll be down 4000 health. I'm not exactly looking forward to the Gold Cap tournament either, but I want GSBW covers so I guess I'm all in again. Time to go tank in Shield Training again...

Yea I agree we do need the points right now. I am pretty sure there are a lot of people who are not as active as others. I went thru the posts and there are confirmed people who posts their scores of screenshots which at least tells me they play and others are keeping silent and not even posting on the forum. Who ever wins the vote for the 20th position will kinda help the alliance since it is late into the event. around 625 for pvp wolv event I hope to get up to top 10.
