I haven't put much effort into this Heroic mode as I dislike the roster options. Maybe I'll try for a top 100 this time.

I'm going to go balls to the wall in the LR's though I can't recall ever placing too well.

Thanks, for some reason I thought I needed to be top 5 to get the 2 tokens instead of top 8.

I just added 10 levels to my Punisher to move him from 125 to 135...WOW was that pricey! These folks with multiple 141's...I seriously don't know how they do it.

Took me forever to decide to finish him. Finally did during the hulk event as I was using punisher + hood + obw to masticate the dark avenger teams, seemed like a good choice. I have 70k banked and not sure what to do with it. I don't want to level under covered 3*'s, 3* with bleh powers...looking at you Psylocke blue and BP non black. IM40 is only missing 1 cover but hes pretty poo. Added some to lazy thor as it seemed prudent, maxed at 41 atm. His powers are all good but I doubt I should max another green/red/yellow user.

Probably going to dump it all into Mag right before they nerf him. hes cover capped at 102 with 3 more to go. Sounds like the go to plan currently to be honest. Hopefully he just gets the proper funbalance treatment, not the Rags end of the stick. Rags deserved it though,

I'm going to try to get those last 6 levels as fast as possible...Hopefully I get some more surveys soon and I can max him out with the itunes cards. I bumped IM40 up to level 95 for the LR's. I'd love to put more ISO into Mags but I've had terrible luck in getting his covers...I'll get a second blue for him from the daily progressions on Thursday (my MPQ birthday present) but he'll still only be 5-2-0 so he's close to useless. I'm in the same boat with Spiderman, I have him at 115...I'm worried about putting more ISO into him, but probably will once I finish off Mr. Castle. If not him, it will go into GSBW at 111 or Hulk at 105.

I brought OBW up to 85 during the Alliance event, I don't care to max out any of the other 2 stars though. If I had the extra ISO I guess I would finish off Storm, Ares, and Hawkeye.

That mags is good enough for team unfun combo. I used green attacker (Punisher/Hulk) + Mags for his blue and red, and level 20 modern storm to win those lvl 230 matches during the hulk event.

Ares is probably my favorite 2*. I maxed him during his first tourney and he took home my first IW with 2200 points. He is the one to be afraid of and will do damage to the opponent, a solid B team member.

I had to use him to tank this lightning round because I missed all the seed teams again and sadly I have won as many defenses as I have lost, and I know its Ares fault.

It does feel good to finally max out a 3*. I was that was with Patch, didn't matter if I had to grind 14 matches in shield training, it happened.

I just leveled up Punisher to 130, and then I looked at the ISO Level calculator and realized the next 11 levels will cost over 27,000 ISO. I think I'm going to switch gears and start leveling up Hood since I have near max covers for him. He's only at 50 and he seems like he would work well with Punisher. I have GSBW and IM40 at 115, which is fine, I'm not leveling Spidey until the nerf come through, and I'm missing too many covers for Hulk, Patch, and Magneto.

I almost put some ISO into Captain America for the Juggernaut event but managed to resist. There's no 2* characters I have any interest in leveling over my 3*s right now. I maxed out OBW during the last PvE when she and Punisher were boosted -- I finally learned to appreciate what her Espionage + Punisher's strike tiles could do...

I just worked my tail off to finish in the top 20 of the previous LR...that's a friggin slog. With about 20 minutes left I was running into 10 point opponents, I had to skip a bunch and take the ISO tax to find some opponents close to over 20 points. I haven't opened the token yet because I assume it will be a cover I don't need. Which will just make me realize I wasted 90 minutes grinding all for naught.

EDIT: Token was my 5th black Hulk! Woohoo!! I rescind my snide comment above.

Tonight is a good night though...It's time to fill out my March Madness brackets...and the best way to do it is while drinking. That way I don't second guess myself...and make some hilarious picks.

You're right, it is such a slog. I played the GSBW round and I had planned to tank in the Punisher round but just kept playing one more round... finished in 15th.

But looking at the top ten, I think calmmokey was 2nd, Miucat was 3rd, and Plik (oyaji) was 4th. That is awesome, guys.

I got a Hulk red cover with my token. Finally! I was beginning to think that all the Hulk and Patch red covers had been replaced with green for me.

I'm stuck being 'all in' on Thor.

I had earned the green and yellow covers and banked 30k ISO from the Hulk event. Nobody was posting his cover progression so I decided to be 'clever'. I pulled up Thor on my iPad, disabled my hotspot and bought the 2, 3 and 4 yellow covers recording the level 15 stats. Then I force closed the iPad client, loaded my cell client, closed that client reenabled my hotspot and my prepurchased save point was restored! Rinse and repeat with green.

I was so pleased with how well this worked, I wanted to see how Thor would look with putting my reserves into him just in case Jugs heroic got ugly. 0-3-3 and level 62.

Let's just say I was distracted and never loaded my phone client before my iPad reconnected.

I managed to squeak in a top 10 for the first heroic, so up to 1-4-4. I've also dumped all my ISO into him that I've made this event, so up to level 82.

Now I just have to work out who best to keep him paired with.

Manage to get top 5 in lord of thunder ( my 1st top 5!) maxed my psylocke cover with the black and red. And managed to maxed my lazy thor for my first lvl 141
