    I wished I had more time today. People wanting to do stuff eating into my MPQ time. 11th easy icon_e_sad.gif , 2nd hard (I figured I would push Hard for more Alliance points overall), 55k points overall.

    3rd in main, not sure about the subs. I had one last fight in hard mode to put me in first, but it went a little too long and I don't think it counted towards my score. Still, think I got top 10 in easy and should have top 2 in hard mode. Absolutely no idea where I landed in NHB.

    Yes I saw that, not too happy with that during the PvE. I refused to put ISO into my 1 stars last time, my team averages level 25... Plus I kind of want that purple Magneto cover heh...

    Ill give it a go later I guess but not interested at all.

    My red DD is in, hes 4/4/5 now. And I got my 3 tokens, going to wait for the one from the wasy bracket before I open them all. Boosted Doom to 60, may do 70 if I need it. He is 5/4 atm, could go to 102 but seems like a waste.

    Whew, got 1 in NHB, top 2 in one of the subs. Let's see if I kept my top 2 in the other sub.

    At 2 mins left, we were 5th in Normal and 8th in Hard for alliance scores.

    I ended up finishing top 10 in one and top 5 in the other, which isn't bad as I almost forgot about the end time. I was hoping to play a little bit of the PVP but I didn't have enough time...oh well. I'll be starting this round tomorrow.

    I didn't get anything relevant from my tokens. I did get a red Patch from a standard token earlier though.

    Got my tokens from the subs and used them. All 2 star covers, all ones I already had. icon_e_sad.gif

    I do have a maxed IM35, mStorm, and mWidow that I kept in my roster. I'll jump into the lone star tourney at some point but it's going to be rough doing that and trying to keep up with the subs, especially during the work week.

    Grats on that first. I played some in the middle of the night and took forever to break 600 for the progression award. A guy with a Thor OBW M.Storm team kept hitting me with my Hood CMag Patches team. I got angry and switched to OBW Hood and Patches and skipped until I found him, beat him 6 times in a row while he was hitting me and he finally lost one and I passed the 600 range. Teach him a lesson.

    Probably would have shielded out of I was able to get out of the endless retaliation range it seems 650 was enough to win the bracket but didn't think I would have been able to get enough points to win, so I settled for my last DD cover and some free HP.

    1st in normal, 2nd I think in hard and 1st in main with 56331 points.

    Of course all the tokens were 2 stars. 2 Ares, 2 Bullseye and 2 Hawkeye, plus another 2 Hawkeye from progression tokens icon_cry.gif

    Completely agree that Doom ISO seems a shame, but not sure a level 40 4-4 doom will cut it at the end.

    I'd rather hoard the ISO and tokens to the BP round. I need his covers more and I'm hopeful the RNG is more favorable then.

    Probably makes no difference, but I cannot hold off my curiosity any other way. Probably better to cash in ten at once than 2 at a time.

    I have over 90kISO still so ill bump up Thor and BP when its their time. Kind of in "filling out the roster" mode to make these events easier over time now that I have a solid core for tournies.

    Still waiting on the token from my easy bracket and of course no alliance rewards yet.

    Decided to do a pass on both hard and easy subs early, some of those fights looked super difficult so id rather hit them while they are easy and do the more advantageous ones when I need points. Can you say call to the storm every 3rd turn?

    Ended up bringing Doom to 70 from 30, and already back up to 100k ISO so he payed for himself. Running around with Doom C.Mag and Ares, with some Hood, its like a Villain lightning round up in here. Taking damage and using health packs along with playing only large point matches and not grinding nodes for rewards seem to be doing what I wanted. Nothing is super difficult yet.

    Sitting in first with quite a lead with 68k.

    Also joined the 1* tourney I hate so much. When Respec came out I fixed my storm so its easier but still annoying to play in. That and I'm fresh meat with my team averaging lvl25. Not going to be winning this one boys.

    Figured they started this event on the weekend I was out of town. Still managed to get to 57k in the main. Only in 106th place though. Damn bracket.

    I haven't started the next round yet, I'm trying to see how high the initial scores will go. Two of the missions in the hard simulator are over 3000 now...I guess it's safe to say that no one has seen higher totals right?

    Reading some of the discussion on some of the baddies in this round does not fill me with happy thoughts. I think there will be some heavy use of Spider-mans stun in the next day or so.

    That's going to suck a lot for me icon_e_sad.gif

    I've been relying a lot on glass cannons (OBW + MStorm) so I don't think I can survive more than 1 CotS and Thor is my only 85. Not sure what to do there.

    Someone just suggested using C. Storm in General Discussion. If she has enough HP to survive CotS in the back, at least, Raging Tempest might help. It would depend on the enemy levels.

    I didn't really use Spiderman in the last round, but his stun will definitely get use in this round.
