    That sucks, i really want to level up my hood but i don't have the covers, only 1 blue and 1 yellow, and i'm not going to be able to do anything on this new pvp, my only 1* characters are a lvl16 m. storm and a lvl1 venom

    Ugh! My kid didn't want to go to sleep tonight and really cut into my last push. I only managed 53k and a top 50 in the easy bracket and a top 5 in the hard bracket. I had tons of points left on the board. Im glad to see everyone else doing so well right now.

    For the Lone Star, I think as long as everyone gets even 300 points we'll be in the top 50 easily. Personally, I think it's always worth it to at least get to the 500 point 50hp reward (it has been added back for the alliance event). I kinda like this 2-50 reward structure for alliance rewards as it makes it pretty easy to get all 3 covers. And you get an extra 100hp and 2500 iso.

    My 4 Highly Trained tokens gave me 2 Ares and 2 Hawkeye. Womp womp. I'm glad I spent the last few minutes guaranteeing the 4star Wolvie rather than trying for the extra tokens.

    I just received my alliance rewards. We got top 5 in one and top 10 in the other. Great job guys! These alliance rewards are adding up fast.

    Yea, I guess if you have no decent 1star characters then this tournament sucks for you. Hopefully we'll still easily be able to get you a Yellow Hood. I do think it is worth noting that leveling a 1star from 1 to 50 only costs 28420 iso. 1 to 40 costs 18720. So, to have the best 1star team costs a total of 65860 iso (IM35, Venom, Jugg). That might be worth eventually investing some iso to be able to compete in these 1star tourneys once a month or so.

    Ohmy~. Out of 6 tokens, I got 4 trash, an X-Force red (needed), and an IW blue (also needed). That'll put Wolverine at 4/5/2, with the login reward still pending, and IW at 2/2/3. Some day they'll come through with that X-force rework. 2016 at this rate.

    Yeah I think we'll still get that yellow hood cover no matter. Top 100 is very easy for us.
    Think I'm going to run Jug, BW, and storm or IM35. Don't really feel like pumping the ISO into IM35 tho :/
    Finally with that 1 more yellow, my hood will be max covered icon_e_biggrin.gif

    I got a Mawkeye, Bullseye, Wolvie, and a Black Panther (yellow). BP was good, rest were trash.

    Psylocke(black) and three Bullseye for me. Psylocke was needed, bullseye was not.

    Not a big fan of the one star event but I do need that Blue IW cover so I'll be doing my best to get 1st. Only need the yellow hood cover so I am glad that they moved it to the alliance rewards.

    a nice finish for the first round of subs - all 2-star trash for me unfortunately.

    For the one-star tourney, unfortunately i'm dead weight here as i cleared out my one stars many moons ago and have not replaced them, but i will get started on that for the next one.

    All trash on my tokens unfortunately. I have no one star chars on my roster right now so im just gonna grind out the simulator. I am currently at 62,541.

    Yeah, Microtom, don't sub someone in as I would say the PvE is more important. Also, the yellow Hood is for top 100 alliances so with SOME effort we can easily hit that.

    I registered as my name in game, BobDucca, and posted some info about tanking LRs.

    I just finished my first pass at the nodes in the new sub, hitting the Dooms once more each. I'm at 1, 2, ,1 overalls with 83719 points. I'm on a bit of a weird refresh schedule but I am planning on doing my last run just before the end so I think I should be good to go as far as final placement for these subs too. All my enemies are level 230, but I've been able to carve them up with Patch, Spidey, and Doom. Well, carve them up when I don't retreat by turn 5 because of a bad board or a cascade by them.

    I'm going to get up to 300 points on Lone Star and then probably call it a night.

    So even with our 'low level' of participation we're top 10 as an alliance for Lone Star. I think everyone is guaranteed a yellow Hood.

    I'm registered on the other thread. Like posting here as well to keep our alliance in the spotlight.

    I just hit 529 points and am ranked #1. I'm an idiot and poured all of my iso to raise Venom to level 37 and don't even use him. I think 527 should be good enough for top 10 on an event where everyone is attacking everyone. Considering a 24 hour shield to be done with it and take the top 10. Thoughts?

    I'm not (can't) participate in it, but from what im seeing on the forums, it seems there's a lot of action for a tourney that supposedly few are interested in - a shield seems wise to focus on the other stuff going on and retain a top 10. thanks for pulling my dead weight on this one, radio

    I think the 500s is super.
    I don't think it's worth it for you to get the 24hr shield.
    I think it's more economical for this one to get an 8hr shield if not a 3hr, unless you are aiming for the #1 for blue IW.
    Either way I'm pretty sure we'll get the yellow hood no matter what.

    My bracket's leader is only in the 300s and I'm not too far behind.
    Been progressing slow at this one though since no healing 1*s, so I have to take my time to heal in prologue.
    I'll hammer it some more when I get back home (also registered for the other board today too).
