Once again, the scAvengers, I want to congratulate You all. We did a splendid work and most of all, we did it together. It was a really touching moment when during 45mins You were able to get more than 400pts in the Alliance ranking.
I hope we can reach further and be able to stay in the top spots for the incoming events, especially Alliance related. I'm not saying top5, top10 etc, as it will depend purely on the rewards brackets

Hope that all the ISO gathered will be put to good use. I decided to finally level my Punisher to 141, he deserves it.

As we can see from the statistics provided by Sugarman, with full roster we shouldn't be afraid of anyone. Hell, we can even take down the Devil Dinosaur!

Shielded with 841 and got +5 so it must be 846. (I think it's my all time highest by at least 40).

Ended up in a pretty competitive bracket with scores going past 900. Failed a few times getting to 900, the dreaded "just win this one match and it's off to bed" situation. Finally shielded a bit below 900, might have been 873. Still enough for top 5 finish, so no complaints.

Went to sleep shielded in low 800s (826 I think?). Went with a fast team to cut through some folks before reshielding at #2. Narrowly avoided 100+ in retaliation damage Not sure my exact place in the end, someone might have passed me, but I made top 5.

Btw, did anybody have a brief moment of panic at the end when they checked on the rewards and saw "Top 50" finish as the message, only to realize it was the alliance rank?

Yeah, I think I can buy 17th slot. It's a bit expensive, but will still have spare 600 for some shields etc. Saved the HP from tournaments for a while now just in case I want to buy a cover or something, but may as well pay for an alliance expansion. In 17 tournaments I'll have it back.

With boosts and using BW + Wolvie + IM40, I was able to made some of the missions again, including Daken mission.

I guess I won't be able to reach top100 anyway, though I'll wake up at 4AM and do some grinding again.

Emeryt, I was out of top 200 even, I all but lost hope for that event but I did some lazyThor missions (hurray for crazy points), then did some other missions and found myself close to top 20. Believe in your roster! I have a maxed Wolverine, but 1-1-2 IM 40, 1-4 mBW and level 45-ish 3-5-5 Cap help too.

Same here. I just did the doable missions over and over and noticed to pass the last progression and up to ~30 in the morning. slowly falling toward 100, but have a full refresh to do, so confident 1 cover. Though the 2 cover range is likely "forget it".

And I not once completed the hood and ares one and obviously whatever beyond. Rubberbanding provides a ton of points apparently. On other forum someone said he just joined with 16 hours left and played up to top10 just losing some of the node rewards.

How did we go in the end?
Last I saw we were 13th. Well, since placing 2nd or 50th is pretty much the same in terms of rewards... (they should fix this)
Anyway it is much better that the covers rewards are distributed this way (part by player raking, part by Alliance), imo. Easier to get, more rewards overall.

Ok, we have 17 slots now.

And for Heroic - I hope to get top 10 or even top 2. I have chance because probably as a result of being unable to compete in all of last Hulk event (I gained just 1 Thor, was close to second) for the most of event I was facing mostly trivial/easy enemies. Of course they're getting harder now and there are some very annoying fights (Yeah, looking at you, Daken), but I manage to stay between place 1-20 most of the time. Usually I use my 1 cover boosted Thor + Wolverine + BW, and sometimes Wolvie + IM + Cap. America. It's sometimes hard because almost all of usable characters are low lvl, but with boosts I manage to do it.

I ended with 718 - enough for a top ten. I had mistimed a 24 hour shield when my girlfriend came over and ended up having to fight in the last half hour which I typically try not to do. It all worked out in the end though.

I got back from my Sister's house 30 mins before the end of the Fearless defenders tourney. (This game has turned me into a full blown addict, I was practically wrestling my brother to leave sooner to place well in the tourney ) I raced to regain what I had lost with a last second push and got up to 697 and then fought my last fight that was worth 16 pts (started with <1 minute left in tourney). I have to think I finished just over or under 700 depending on whether or not I got counter-striked within the last minute.

It appears that I currently have the weakest roster in the alliance (by a considerable margin even), but I have redoubled my efforts both in farming ISO and researching game mechanics. I have learned more about this game in the past 72hrs than in any month long span before it. I am determined to compete and give my best effort to our Alliance both in game and here in the chat and will be looking to finish shielded and with considerably more points in the next Alliance event.

The comradery of this alliance atmosphere has added a whole new level to my enjoyment of this game and I am motivated.

Ah, no more staying up that late to finish in an event... I lost top 2 by few points (last time I saw it I was like 15-20 points behind) despite being over 27k. I saw 2 people rising in rankings like crazy and I just tried to defend my #1 spot, but was so unlucky in last 10-15 minutes. Some crazy cascades sapping my health packs (and had no time or no chance to heal with spidey), crazy boards with no useful colours and even more crazy cascades from my enemies... Daken strike tiles in corners, mine all getting destroyed the same turn I put them up by some strange match 4's and 5's. Last fight that could help me retake top 2 I even used one of my last 3 retired +3 boosts but stupid Daken had 6 strike tiles on their first turn (+extra turns from match 5), then Magneto started to use his red, blue (putting protect tiles on the edges of the board and not next to blue tiles, as I recall him doing most of the times) and I had little chance. He suddenly somehow got from 2-3 to 10 purple in 1 turn and killed Wolvie, then it was downhill...
Yeah, I got 3 Thor covers, but I see it as a huge failure this time. I really thought I'll get that 4* Wolvie after being decicated to the event since the beginning, spending lots of ISO for boosts in those last hours and staying up for so long to fight. Next round will probably be harder because of all that grind done today. I probably won't even try to get top, just will aim for 2 or 3 Thor this time.

I finished 2nd with 786 as it finished while I was still at work.

Had a scary time near the end of the Juggs event. With one hour to go at the end of my lunch break I was sitting pretty at #4 with 800 points over #10. I figured I'd stop grinding so I wouldn't completely ruin my scaling for the next event and also to do some actual work. Checked again with 15 minutes to go and was at #8, with #9 and #10 nipping at my heels. Thankfully I had time to do a couple of 200-300 point battles to hold onto top 10. Yay to 3 more lazythor covers.

Wish I hadn't leveled my BP up to lvl 50 though. I ran out of ISO before I could fully level up my 2/2/2 lazythor

Bring on the Lightning Rounds. I needs me more ISO!
