Pasa, I pm'd you my info. I already sent my own email to them, but I imagine the more the better!

Also, just noticed on profiles, you can add people as either friend or foe! Neat feature.

I sent them a mail too, let's hope for the best. And you keep trying to reapply after an hour and then every now and again.
  • I tried reapplying & still same error message that I got kicked :/ I'll keep trying.

Cooldown between being kicked and being able to join is 168 hours (1 week). It must be the same for being dismissed, because dismissed players couldn't join our alliance again in reasonable time icon_e_sad.gif If you leave willingly, you are able to re-join in 15 minutes.
  • Wrote a support ticket asking them to remove the cooldown.
  • If the support ticket doesn't work maybe we should consider creating a support alliance with which to stash people that are on cooldown, and also use for monitoring and recruiting if a member goes inactive or out of communication for an extended period.

We could call the support Alliance "the scAvengers of anything that is left after the scAvengers have scAvenged...Assemble!!!" icon_e_wink.gif

Seriously though that does suck, hopefully we can get you back in ASAP.
  • My strategy right now is grind all the nodes I don't 500 iso reward in.
  • So pissed about the situation with Wes!! Dammit!
Shame I can't check who kicked Him. It's definitely not me, as I don't use the in-roster buttons.

    As for our applicants:
Infame and Runeflinger - didn't contact me. Hope they will eventually.

Gee, the amount of people with pending applications is just total ****. That's why we're "private" to not have this sort of thing. but obviously most people think only about themselves. And show their stupidity really.

So with WesFaram going back, we have full party, right? Good. I hope they will do something with it eventually. Unfortunatelly it's weekend icon_e_sad.gif

We could change the topic title to 'the scAvengers - Chat - 20/20 Members'.

Btw who bought the 20th slot? Phantron? Thanks in any case icon_e_smile.gif
  • scAvenge me my brothers in arms!

I just hope you are able to rally around your fallen comrade & continue to hold steady in the alliance ranking. Hopefully, I'll be able to rejoin the alliance for a last minute boost after the waiting period ends or the customer support helps fix things.

Well, worst case scenario is no reaction, but cooldown is over before the main event ends. So we only lose out in subs that is not such big a deal.

For a plan B if you know someone who is okay to drop in in the meantime knowing it is temporary until the resolution...
  • I was in the process of scAvenging you Wes and ran into a BP with one of the most ridiculous cascade streaks I have ever seen. first, he hit his black and took my full health OBW to death in his single turn with a cascade. Then very next turn he hit another cascade which finished off my IM40 (who was full health before BP black last turn). It was a minor satisfaction when Ares lopped his head off for the treachery, but I was still left in shock. icon_eek.gif

What is really crazy is I had just cleared a bunch of other nodes, many multiple times, and then get smacked hard by the lowest level node on the board.

Sittin a hair shy of 30000. Gonna take a break, I have a bonfire party to go to tonight. After what I just went through, I am going to be watching the trees for BP to leap down at me. icon_lol.gif
  • Wes, keep on tryin to join.

Guys, I find math hard apparently. I did all the missions yesterday at 10-12PM, so 21-19hrs ago. Now I'm doing them again. Is it ok or should I wait?

Not sure if the refresh is 8 or 12 hours but 20 hours is more than enough. Keep in mind that you have to factor in the time you spent playing too, like saying you did 5 nodes and you played 3 hours, then whatever you played last will need 3 hours + time to refresh to get back to 100%. You can get around some of it by playing one node at a time, e.g. do node A 4 times and then move to the next one, that way node A will refresh first and you can start playing it again.
  • Evening all.

    Room for a little one?

Strong roster with lots of 3* and consistently good rankings.

To maximize full points, you do the nodes 12 hours after the last time you cleared them. If you wait longer, you just get a bigger rubber band effect. If you only plan to play twice a day, I'd just wait until you're 4000 points or so from first place to maximize your rubber band multiplier.
  • Ok, now it's much clearer (I think...).

One more question - when the restart starts? Once I start doing missions or once I end it? I mean: if I started clearing sub at 1am and finished at 3am, are they fully renewed at 1pm or 3pm?
  • Useful info:
Just for information the full base points for the mission with no rubber banding for Normal are as follows

    Sim 1 - 50
    Sim 2 - 70
    Sim 3 - 100
    Sim 4 - 120
    Sim 5 - 50
    Sim 6 - 70
    Sim 7 - 100
    Sim 8 - 170
    Sim 9 - 170
    Sim 10 - 150

For a total of 1050 or 3150 maximum clear. Meaning its easy to do 20K points at maximum rubber band length on one refresh.

For the Hard Mode they all double.
  • It takes longer than the refresh time because people don't factor in the time you spent playing.

Let's say you play 3 nodes: A, B, and C and they're all worth 100 points base. You play them 5 times each and it takes 3 hours, and refresh time is 12 hours. Let's say you play them in this order:

    0H - A, B, C at 100%
    1H - A at 0%, B, C at 100%
    2H - A, B at 0%, C at 100%
    3H - A, B, C at 0%

then they'll refresh on this schedule:
    13H - A at 100%, B, C at 0%
    14H - A, B at 100%, C at 0%
    15H - A, B, C at 100%.

So between when you first started playing (0H) you might need 15 hours before they all go back to 100%. Now, of course you'll note that A is already back at 100% 2 hours earlier (because that's the first mission you play), so if you kept track of the order you can sometimes start earlier. Note that if you didn't play one node at a time and instead did something like A B C repeating, you'd get a schedule that might look like:

    0H - A/B/C 100%
    1H - A/B/C 60%
    2H - A/B/C 20%
    3H - A/B/C 0%

And they're refresh on a schedule of:
    13H - A/B/C 20%
    14H - A/B/C 60%
    15H - A/B/C 100%

From this we can get that if you don't do it one node at a time, you generally have to wait for an amount of time equal to your total playing time + refresh period, because most of your nodes will be waiting for that last stack to refresh (which is the most valuable one) until the end.

That said, playing one node at a time is generally not an efficient way to approach grinding unless you're pretty sure of the outcome already. That is, you don't want to do A twice, B twice, C twice, and then you found out you're still #175 and nowhere near the top and need to do more. Now, unless you start doing a node D, you'd have to go back to A or B or C anyway and that screws up your timing.

It's individual for each node, they all have their own reset time. Counter starts on clearing node.
