Interesting to see some MagsMNs. Some change from the boring thor/storm/obw -- but couldn't yet figure this out.

The gray mags just failed to do anything at all in all my battles recently or before. And I kept him for last man. Totally sitting duck on defense and fir puny 3k points too.Should be a real miracle worker on attack to be considered.

Btw had a game where used the rare thing: hulk's green over punisher. Guess wanted to put some direct damage into Thor at ~3k. It created a globe of blacks. Really like a 3x4 fill just more ellipsoid. Obviously it exploded leaving crit and fueled 2 molotovs for GG.

Modern Mags is a solid blue battery for offense, but terrible at defense. I tend to attack teams with him since I figure he's an easy kill. I think so many people don't visit forums & don't realize how to use a defense team. Honestly, I keep him at level 10 & pair him with OBW in prologue if I ever need to heal a character when I'm out of health packs. That's his only use for me.

But, he'd work great on a two star team with Storm. That would be a beastly combo paired w Thor or Ares as long as you can sub someone else in for defense.

Yep, fully agreed. C.Storm + MN Mags is a 2* offense monster. Team them up with a R/Y/G hitter tank like Thor for an AoE one-two, or AWolv for versatility (AoE + precision nuke). C.Storm + MN Mags does suck on defense, though, because the AI (thank goodness) isn't good at blue placement.

At -1min was at #1 everywhere but last seconds saw dropped to #3 in hard. The one set I got said just "simulator" top5, so might had similar in easy? Though combined still shows #1. 55800 pts

Anyone got handout of alliance prizes for sub?

In NHB held the #9. Good thing I bashed in the retals "real time" as had not a second on it after engaged in sim. Probably should have started a few minutes earlier... Or should arrange a lazier bracket with less last-minute climbers.

Edit: the missing prizes arrived with 1h15m delay. One alliance 10 more mins later. A top10 and a top25 allied.

2 hawk, Buills, Wol, Ares. And the 2 progressions another 2 Hawk. 7/7 trash this far.

OTOH I'm looking at 88k ISO and 975 HP. IIRC last Monday it was 40k and 100 HP, and probably spent some ISO on leveling, some good progress.

Ugh, this turned into a nightmare real fast. Seeing lots of impossible fights in this Simulator round. Didn't even manage to finish all nodes, one bad cascade and the team is down. With the number of low level rosters bypassing me in my bracket I'm lowering my expectations for this one from top 5 to top 50, and even that will take some luck.

Lessons learned: don't attempt the node containing Lazy Thor plus two goons unless you are prepared to call it a day. They both feed green to Thor, Call The Storm will hit in the third round, possible earlier in case there are green matches. At level > 200 it's pretty much an instant wipe.
