@fritejay2; thanks for french lesson. My old french knowledge from years ago could only identify "Bisou" but not the 2nd half of the word.

@HailMary: Always nice to have you pop by. I've seen you in a number of my PvE brackets which is nice. Also, the Alliance sig is part of the reason why I wanted to join. Which I had artistic skills as I'd love to make up some cool new sigs like DjangoUnbuffed has.

@Tonzil: The quote you had in your MMR post just makes it look like you are answering your own question? If so then that's just funny

My logo creation process typically entails pressing random buttons in a Photoshop knockoff until something cool appears. TU1's process involves figuring out how to use Google Images. He's about 70% of the way there.

I've also tried random effects in photoshop to make letters look cool, but I still don't know how to do shading and 3D effects on text.

For my current logo and the "traditional" two-badasses-in-silhouette Django logo, no such effects were used.

I like keeping things typographically clean and simple.

For Tonzil's semi-official poll of the situation and assessment that he wrote... I agree with everything he wrote, thanks Tonzil for bringing up very good suggestions ^^. I say lets finish strong in Season 1 so we can keep top 100 for Nick Fury since we all already worked hard on Season 1 and are ranked 61 right now with only 3 days left in that event so we shouldn't let that go to waste and make sure we stay top 100. Once Season 2 comes and we get a better idea of whats gonna happen in Season 2, I like the idea of everyone putting in their input of how they would like to proceed and what they would like to see us do in Season 2.

John Aaron, Welcome to the family ^^. I am glad to see you happy here, in good spirits and having fun and playing even more now ^^. Some of the stuff you wrote I felt exactly the same way you did before I joined the CareBearStare. I use to just play on my own also and it also felt like it was starting to become tedious for me and it made me sigh and think I need to find myself a good alliance, a good/fun group of people that liked the game as much as I did and all worked together cause I didn't like missing out on these nice alliance rewards either that everyone else was getting. I just joined about a month ago and at first I was kinda intimidated too cause I wanted to do good and not let anyone down cause this is pretty much my first 20 man alliance I've been apart of also. I'm very happy here just like you are, everyone here I've met has been great ^^ and being apart of a 20 man alliance has pushed me to play more also but in a good way ^^. Were all playing alot but were all having fun and being competitive at the same time working together so we can all benefit from the rewards at the end of events. Since I've joined we've always stayed top 100 or top 50 so everyones gotten their alliance covers from rewards and some HP ^^. Anyways have a good day buddy and look forward to chatting with you also in game.

I'm ok with whatever every the alliance decides on playing or not playing events.

I'm just grateful for extra covers of stuff I don't have and I have no problems playing for covers I do have hoping it benefits the other team members. I just figure it'll all balance out for me in the long run. I especially appreciate the team members that are further along on covers and have less of need.

If the game is available I am going to play. I try to balance out my time between PVP and PVE events. I don't have preference of one over the other.

Sorry, been out of town so I didn't reply to the question at hand. I agree with Mischief here. I'll likely play most events just because I enjoy the game and I could always use the ISO. At the same time, if several members take the event off and we fall outside the top 100 then I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. In short, it's all good.

The last 30 hours seem to be pretty spotty server-wise, but we're still carin' and starin'. Between hasslin' some other alliance (you can't spell ScarFighters without C-A-R-E) and reviving a meme thread (user311!), I forgot the Heroic Oscorp recap (Rank 64! That is all). Oh wait, Daken rewards... oops. Sorry to re-open that wound.

So stay chill all and remember, this is a DIFFERENT kind of alliance. The better kind.
