Great job all! Top100 on the hard node! Blue Cap covers for all! I took the last minute to double-check our ranking and we were solidly #71 despite Mischief being on vacation and an inactive (you know who you are. Don't make me call your name).
Everyone is going to be piling on the Hulk event since there's nothing else running (is that really the end time? How unusual). Whew, we need a break after that Heroic. Stare!!!0 -

I am relieved we were able to pull out a Blue Cap for everyone...
With 30 minutes remaining, I was just beginning my last minute grind... I had started with hard mode, just snuck in enough points to get to 3rd spot and one or 2 fights behind first... Was going to move on to the Easy mode... Well behind in 68th place. And than... just like that... BAM!
Power dims down company wide... Not enough for everything to turn off... but just enough some "critical servers" to go down. No Problem right, back up in 5 minutes, put a call in to the company that services the UPS that the batteries need replacing... and... Nothing!
No more internet... AAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Don't panic! STARE! Stare like you care!!
It's now been over for 2 hours... And, I finally got a Fiber MuX replaced... Internet is back. Coffee and ci***ette in hand, I can finally take that long awaited break and SMASH SOMETHING with HULK!!!

Surprised it only took 2 hours to determine there was problem with the fiber MuX. Those things aren't typically actively managed devices. Unless you can visually verify all the blinky-blinkies were non-functioning.0 -

I'm still on vacation, flying tomorrow (pretty much all day) so very little gaming chance. Might sneak a game or two if everyone is sleeping or something. I'll be back on Sunday. Nice to know I was missed 0

So it's good Friday. And I decided to give myself an Easter Egg. I cracked and bought a 10 pack for 3800 HP. (Ouch I know). Needless to say, I hope my shields hold... because as far as HP goes, I got none left...
Well, inside, the Easter Bunny was real nice.

Say what you will, but the fight in the alliance rank range from 95-105 is the most fierce! Hulk Smash - I think we crossed the finish line around 96 or 97. Alliance HT covers for everyone! Great job - we know many unshielded at the last moments to pull the team across. It was so close!

Hello everyone, i'm the new kid in town LOL....... I've been playing this game for quite a while ( i think September ) and I never really joined any alliances or even try to up until a month ago.....the first alliance I joined wasn't really doing much or even communicating with eachother, so i joined another alliance that said they were looking for active players, but didn't really say there were any requirements, and I got kicked out the next day for not meeting the expected points ( which I gained in that last hour like I do) And now i'm here...... and as I told DecoyDuck, I'm not always at the top of the ranks....but I do play daily and try to gain as much as I can in the game.....and I wanted cool people to do it with
a little about me: My name is vanessa, but everyone calls me nessa.... I'm 32 years old and I work for a hotel for universal studios in orlando florida. So I pretty much live the theme park life. I'm a bit of a night owl, so that's when you'll catch me playing the game, I'm also a big xbox player, so I do spend a lot of my gaming time on there. I'm bad at talking about myself lol.....so that's all I got.
I'll be going on vacation at the end of the week, but I will def have a lot of down time, so i'm sure i'll be on still0 -

yeah, I used to work at a cigar bar, and my morning shift were VERY VERY boring, so i always looked for new games to play.......this one and simpsons tapped out are the only ones I stuck with tho0

Welcome Nessa. The alliance chat was just discussing vacations last night, don't know if you caught it, but we were discussing phone-less vacations. I turn my phone off during vacations and I check my e-mail every once in a while. I believe it was Kamu that had to be talked/forced into going phone-less/computer-less but felt awesome doing it.
So if you wanna just cut yourself off during vacation, just go ahead. Falling to 105th rank is a bummer but in the grand scheme of things it's 1 (or a few) cover missed. A great vacation is worth more than 1 cover, and from a points perspective, I think a completely refreshed Nessa will perform better 0 -
